They were hired to lift a driveway slab and fill the void below which had been created by water running underneath. The slab was lifted about .5 to .8 inches to within .25 to .33 inches of being level with the other slabs and the void underneath was filled with foam. They then sealed the crack running the width of the driveway to keep water from washing out underneath. Overall the repair looks good.

There was a computer glitch which meant that the first scheduled job didnâ  t happen. Thereafter communication was poor. The second time it was scheduled, the job could not be completed due to time constrictions, so the entire job was rescheduled. Third visit work was not completed, further miscommunication on my part then finally done. The team did a great job on the actual work. It was just the communication with the scheduling Deptâ ¦.

They started promptly, worked diligently and followed the instructions precisely, randy explained what they were going to do, helped to figure out the location of a particularly tricky downspout and made minor adjustments as required based on the layout of the yard. I was very pleased with the service.

I was really impressed with the quality of work Jose P., Ron and Rolando did on my home. The were organized, precise and took extra care to clean up the workspace afterwards. We were selling our home so we needed to make some needed repairs. The AquaGuard team assessed the issue and new exactly how to fix it. Their solution is far better than mud, but be forewarned for a mess during the work because it’s a messy process. However they cleaned everything up before they left, and our walkway and brick steps were level and good as new! Thank you AguaGuard.

One corner of our porch was sinking. They raised it back to a level position. Daquan and Matt arrived on time, were very polit and cordial,, described the process to correct the situation, started working immediately, reviewed the work once it was completed, and cleaned up afterwards. Concrete lifting. Highly recommend. A concrete pad on the side of the garage was sinking and had dropped about 16 inches below level grade. I wanted the ground stabilized so that it would not pose a threat to the garage, and I wanted the concrete lifted as much as possible back to level. I did not expect it to be completely made level, but I hoped it would be improved as close as possible to level. Raymond and Mike did an outstanding job! Their customer focus was at the top of their priorities. They set realistic expectations and far exceeded them. They kept me involved in the key decisions all through the day. Each time I went to see their progress I kept being surprised at the level of achievement they had already met. There were problems with our slab being thin and unreinforced but they worked creatively to overcome the issues. I will see what happens with the warranty and how things progress in the future, but my expectations are good. Their word was not full of hype and marketing puffery, but if anything it was understated, realistic, and totally credible so I have a good feeling about the future of their repairs. I already recommended them to a neighbor..

The demolition crew was great cleaning up after. The installation crew of two young men did a professional job and cleaned up very nicely. I was impressed. I only wished the company could replace what was torn out in order to complete the work. Overall a great experience ð   !
