It went fine. It took them 3 days to get here but they charge the price they quoted, so that was a good thing.

I asked her if it was possible if the water would go down on it's own,
and she told me several customers had called to let them know there
systems were working as the ground dried up.
To me that was an
honest shop telling the customer the truth and not trying to make a
sale. After a few days the ground is now leeching water again and using
water deosn't mean a back up!
When I am ready to have my Septic Tank pumped I will certainly call on Watson Plumbing and Associates.

They were very personable. They arrived when they said they would. They explained everything that needed to be done. They finished the job from start to finish in about an hour and a half. I was very pleased and will use them again if the need arises.

Called and made an appointment to have my water relocated from my bathroom closet to my garage. The distance was about 10 feet Point a to point b. The Watson Plumbing representative arrived as scheduled and was well versed in what I wanted accomplished. He looked around, made some notes wrote up an invoice with the required work listed. I refused to sign the work order because I didn't want to commit to this contractor until I was given a firm price for parts and labor so I initialed instead. The representative did not provide me with cost of relocating my water heater but he stated that Mr. Watson would call me back with a total price for my water heater relocation. Representative stayed for about 30 minutes then left. I didn't receive a call from Watson Plumbing for two days. Mr. Watson called me and stated that the total price of relocating my water heater would be $925.00, not including electrical relocation I thought that it was a bit much just to move a warer heater 10 feet. I asked him what about the electricial and he said that moving the electricial would be an additional cost and he said that he would have to get back to me with the GRAND Total. It's been two weeks and I still have not received a call from Watson Plumbing. I thought the with todays economy, Watson Plumbing would jump at trying to gain my business I guess I was wrong. I called another plumbing business on Angies List only this time the representative gave me an estimate after his inspection of the work needed. Not only did I hire a competer but they had my water moved and hooked up in about 4.5 hours and $320 cheaper.

They came in a very short time considering that it was Veterans day.
Found my problem immediately and made an extensive rebuild in coupling everything together properly
Showed me what had to be done and why and immediately went to it. They had me done in about an hour. Excellent response time and service. I felt I was dealing with quality down to earth men with integrity and honesty.
They also asked if I was a Veteran and when I told them I was, and was thanked for my service. Being a Viet Vet It was nice to hear.
Pleasant, honest, prompt and curteous

I called Watson Plumbing one afternoon about my Water Heater. The water temperature had been getting extremely hot then the water heater would trip the breaker. I was having to reset the heater at least daily and on the last few days before the repairs, 2 - 3 times daily. They were out the next day before lunch. They replaced the heating elements. They could have charged me for a new thermostat but they did not. I had been told by some and ldquo;plumbersand rdquo; that they would have to replace the thermostat and heating elements. I have used this company several times before and I will definitely use them again. EXCELLENT COMPANY with Trustworthy employees.

Called company on 12/27/10. Were told they would come to our home sometime that afternoon but would call first. When we didn't hear back, we called again late that afternoon. We were told they were busy and would be there the next day. Everything went very well once they got there. We would use them again.

Excellent - I called for an appointment and they would have come out the next day, however, they were able to schedule on my day off. The office called about an hour prior to the team's arrival to let me know they were coming. The team arrived on schedule and quickly located my septic tank. They were very careful and skilled with the backhoe and only tore up the minimum amount of grass to complete the job. They provided an assessment of the tank's condition, drained it,checked its functionality and then closed it up. They even did their best to put the grass back in place when covering the tank. The billed amount was exactly what they told me. Total job took about 75 minutes.

Called prior to arrival as requested. Both gentlemen were professional, friendly, and understood the issues with my initial explanation. I showed them where I "thought" I saw a leak in the crawlspace. They checked and confirmed. They cut a hole through an adjoining closet to reach the plumbing and explained how the hole would be repaired. The leak and hole were repaired exactly as promised. In addition, they adjusted a loose bath fixture left by a prior plumbing company without my even asking. They saw that it was loose and fixed it. They then checked a shower head I had a question about and cleared a slow drain from the washing machine. All took barely 1 hour. Also note that the receptionist/secretary was friendly, helpful and understanding on my initial call.

The first provider I called came and looked at the backup and said they cleared the line to the septic tank and the septic tank needed to be evacuated. Backup was not fixed and they charged a large amount for telling me this(but they do not drain tanks). I called Watson's and they were at a job but finished that and arrived promptly. They dug up the septic tank and drained it (since it was already dug up although it was not full as they first people said). They then spent the rest of the day clearing a large grease clog from the line that the first provider claimed to have cleared already. They were very nice and professional. The final charge was only slightly over the estimate for clearing the tank only although they did a lot more. I definitely recommend Watson Plumbing.

excellent. The two guys that showed up were professional, knew what they were doing, and got the job done in a timely manner. The only glitch that occured was prior to their arrival. We origninally agreed on the day before around lunchtime, but at 4:00 pm I called to see what was going on and was informed by the secretary that she had called me, didn't get an answer, and sent the guys to another job. Since I have an answering machine, and was here all day, I was surprised that I had missed her call. She told me she did not leave a message. Had I known she was going to call to confirm. I would have answered every call. We then set up the time for the following am at 8:30, and the guys called a little before 8. I called them back when I heard the phone ring, and they came and did they job. Other than that quirk in confirming an app't., the experience was terrific.

Our drains were backing up into our tub. Our son is a plumber and came and determined that it was the septic tank (at 10:30 pm). We knew that we would have to deal with the problem until we could get someone out here to do the work, and all we could see was a couple of days suffering without a drain, a huge bill and a torn up yard. We had used Watson Plumbing before when we first bought our house. They had come fairly quickly and we hoped that they surely would at this time. They did. They got there before 10am the next morning. The septic tank was partly under a fence that had to be removed. They easily located the top of the tank without tearing up the whole yard. They dug a hole big enough to lift part of the lid. The problem was immediately identified and the tank was pumped out. They put everything back including helping us with the fence and were gone in less than an hour. The two men were very professional, funny and polite. We braced ourselves for the bill. It was $300. What a relief! They didn't charge any extra for dropping the fence and helping us put it back! The work was done in February and the grass had grown over the area by May. You'd never know it was done! We highly recommend Watson Plumbing for your septic tank work. We will call them again.
