Technically I received poorer service,,,, a local technician lied to me about them extending "bundling discounts" over a year if I requested ..........., they also mistreat elderly people... vocally laughed at my wife and made fun of her..... LET ME ALSO TELL YOU, AFTER YOUR FIRST YEAR IS UP, THE HONEYMOON IS OVER AND YOU ARE TREATED LIKE YESTERDAY'S GARBAGE ... They don't care about the customer.... Customer service on the 800# or 888# plays the "confidence game" ,,,you can't get anywhere with customer service, so you ask to speak to his Supervisor,,,, he hands the phone after putting you on hold for 15 minutes to another person who is just about as useless,, you ask to speak to her Supervisor and she claims she is the top person and no supervisor over her... WHAT A STORY-TELLER
Description of Work: Dealing with customer service over the phone (800#) is the pitts,,,, Customer Service has no authority to approve extended bundling discounts, put you on hold for 20 minutes if you ask to speak to a supervisor.... after talking with a "supposedly" supervisor for 1/2 hour, she finally dropped price $20 but I lost 36 channels and my internet speed was lowered badly....

The installation was delayed by two days, which did not make us very happy. When they did come to install the service the technican was knowlegable and took care of everything very quickly.

They took off my fax machine which they were not supposed to touch because it was not in the deal. I had to call the manager who finally came out and disconnected the voice mail. This messed up my fax and I could not use my fax machine for a month. I had to disconnect my answering machine so my fax machine could work.
Description of Work: I used U-Verse and it was not great.

The gentleman that came out is an A. I asked if he could run the wires through the same openings that my A/C runs but he came to a plywood blockage. He spent about 30 min the hot attic trying to get my special request done. He was able to complete this request but I was impressed that he tried. It wasn't his fault, it was the way the home was built.
