Multiple bad experiences, would not recommend. I have used this service a few times now and I am done. Most of the 1 star reviews about never showing up and being hard to contact are accurate and I can verify I experienced similar issues. However as a customer there are more problems. The price they quote and the price they charge are vastly different, by nearly 2x. The reasoning include one dog being 2lbs larger than the other dogs, or tangles that were never shown or explained. Additionally the extra charges were never disclosed, they just appeared on the bill! On top of that ever time I have used them one of my dogs has come back with a terrible cut that looks nothing like the breed should and the ladies that groom do not follow instruction or requests at all. I would recommend to anyone reading still to go to a Petsmart or Petco for grooming over this company.

She guaranteed she knew how to groom a dog with injured back legs, dog has a torn acl and slipped knees. She said she could groom her without standing her up on her legs. When I got her back an hour later she could barely walk. A month later I got a call to re-schedule and I explained her legs were hurt again and had to re-start acupuncture treatment and put her on pain medications, I requested to speak to Sonya in person and she never called me back. Sassie, my dog is very easy to groom. Her calling me back made me feel she knew she hurt the dog and did not want to call back and discuss it.

"In the 47 years I have groomed many pups old , young, middle age that have had many med. problems including leg (front or back) knees, back issues.etc. I was told by the owner this baby has problems with her knees. These prob.are very common with these small pups of all breeds. I arrived spoke to the owner and her baby I understood all her concerns.This little baby needed the time and the care to do a good job and at the same time make sure you do not make her little legs any worse than they already are. With tender loving care I did just that. When I was done I brought her in the house she looked good and walking around no different than when I picked her up to groom her.. With that the owner wanted us to see her horses,give them treats. I love all animals and away we went. This owner never called us about this baby's problem as she claims. We only knew about a problem when we called her for her next appt.I have since called her former groomer to ask if this has ever happened to her. She said this baby has had many issued for over a yr.. That just in the manipulation of grooming her is always a prob. I feel that if this was a prob.an hr. Or so after I groomed her she would have called me the next day not a mo.later when we called her. I can tell you that I do a lot of special need pups with upmost care and love a groomer can give. We do not expect them to stand if they can't ,we take our time with them so they are not stressed.I did not get the message that she wanted to speak with me only that she was not going to use us again because of this baby's prob. As her former groomer said this is something that has happen before. I wish her the best and hope that she can find a groomer that will make her happy. But, I would groomed her with the same loving care that I use on her the first time.I wish her and all her Amina's small and large the best! ."

She did the cut exactly as we asked, it was a little more expensive than we thought it would be but the quality and convenience can't be beat!! We will definitely use them again.

The crew is great. They're more than willing to discuss any kind of issues that the animal has. I have a rescue dog that's really kind of psychotic, and even he fell in love with them. They're gentle and great with the animals. I haven't seen any issues. One of my dogs is a water dog, so he has skin problems, and it's on a continuing basis that they're helping me try different things to help him get cleared up. They're always willing to share knowledge that they have on things that I might try or be interested in. They're really great, and the dogs look great when they're done. They come to the house. Because of the nature of the business, some dogs take longer than other dogs, so they can't give you an exact time of when they can be here but they can give you a time frame that they would be here, and they always meet those time frames.
