It's been several years since the last time I used Keep Smiling but I wouldn't use them again. 

Owners Carl and Beverly's son (can't remember his name) came out to fix the problem and he fixed it just fine.  But he had to wait for almost 40 minutes to see if the putty/adhesive was to dry enough to make sure the leak was resolved.  I had no problem with making sure that the work was done properly except that he would only quote me a rate that was hourly so basically I paid him to stand around for an hour!  And on top of the $268.00, I was charged a $10.00 trip charge even though I hired him to do the work.

A lot of us consider DIY on plumbing tasks. But what may seem simple, often has complications requiring knowledge, expertise, and special tools. Such was my case. I'm glad I called in experts. No way would I have done as well as the professionals of Keep Smiling. Would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others.

This company was very professional and easy to deal with. The customer service was outstanding. I felt very comfortable speaking to two different ladies that I spoke within the office. They also has the best price.  I will definitely use again.

Second time using them and would definitely recommend them for any plumbing repairs or emergency service.  Prompt service, Brought all the tools and parts based on my description to his dispatch a couple of days before.  Spent extra time to verify that the repairs did not leak.  Cost was reasonable however for me cost is not the main factor it is the professional service, attention to detail and quality of work that really matter and they have performed and met expectations both times I have used them.

They were very good.  I noticed our water pressure was too high on Saturday, and I called.  They were not open so I left a message and got back to them early Monday morning.  They worked us in on Monday.  The plumber called before he arrived and arrived promptly after that.  He was extremely professional and took the time to explain several things to us.  Because we were first time customers, he waived the service call fee and only charged for the valve and replacing it.  The cost was considerably lower than another service that had replaced the valve 5 years ago.  We were extremely pleased and will use them again when we need a plumber.  We highly recommend them.

I called Keep Smiling after another plumbing company (who I have used for many years) did not solve my problem, left me with a hole in my wall and no solution or suggestions. Carl came out, discussed what might be wrong, tried a simple solution, and gave me several options if this does not work. He was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I am impressed that all of the plumbers for Keep Smiling are master plumbers. Everyone I spoke to from the first call was professional and helpful.
If the solution we tried is unsuccessful, Keep Smiling will be my plumber for the next step.

As always, the provider was prompt, thorough and completed the work in minimum time. They are the best, they were professional and honest and quality work, we've been using them for over 20 years. We've never had to have them return to fix the same problem. When he was working on the pipe that had been leaking he even cleaned up the water after the repair.

Karl and his kids did a great job. They assisted us in finding the right faucets, determining the correct placement for each set of faucets and toilets.  They installed a pot filler over the cooktop.

Keep smiling was prompt and performed the work as quoted.They added a new outside wall faucet in a location near our pool so I don't have to run a mile of hose when needing to add water.Also, they had previously diagnosed why our "builder installed" recirculating hot water system did not help distribute hot water through out the house. The pipiing was installed in a poor location for gravity-feed and the builder had failed to add the pump itself.On one end of the house hot water would need to run for several minutes for it to reach the faucets.Keep Smiling corrected the piping design and installed the pump.Now we have hot water through out the house even in the longest runs in seconds!Great experience and will use for all our plumbing needs.

Keep Smiling did an outstanding job with our work.I received an accurate quote over the phone and they were able to work me into the schedule at my time.The disposal installation looks and works great and the outdoor faucets are functioning again.They also cleaned up the work areas to the point you could not tell they had been there.

They did a great job, they showed up on time. Replaced the faucet and fixed the leak in about thirty minutes. We would definitely use this company again.
