I am have leak issues and have called their warranty department 4 times with ZERO responses. I am chasing down every person that has been part of the deal but so far nothing.. they are way too expensive for this type of warranty response. I will update if they finally get back to me, but so far nothing!

I hired home craft gutter protection. To my surprise, they used gam home-improvement as their subcontractor. I would not recommend the Gam installers. They were quite sloppy they dripped white caulk on my freshly painted brown deck. In addition, they tracked mud all over the deck and frankly did not clean up after themselves as I found cut pieces of aluminum gutter strewn about. In addition, they dripped clear sealant on my deck. My experience with Homecraft gutter protection was satisfactory. The installation was sloppy. Again, my experience with Michael at home craft was fine. It was the installation that was unsatisfactory

Shoddy workmanship, and then try everything they can to get out of making it right. Hiring them was a colossal mistake. We have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and plan to contact an attorney this week.

Shawn, the marketing manager, showed me all the details of the gutter guards. They are marine grade to withstand the weather. They were installed at an angle (usual practice) to enable the debris to slide or roll off the gutters. The gutter covers are screwed on and not glued on. They are also sculpted to give debris more airflow to wash off the gutter covers. All my questions were answered. The crew were very efficient and cleaned up the yard after themselves. The salesman promised they would clean up everything after installation and we would not know they had been. First, they broke my flag pole and took out the broken piece, and put the flag back up. I watched this happen, they never mentioned it. They left screws, nails, and gutter connectors from the old gutters on the deck, sidewalk, and in the flower beds. Not sure how many nails are still in flower beds. They were supposed to take care of any problems under the gutters with the wood. However, once the guys had ripped gutters that were screwed and nailed, they did NOTHING to fill the holes before installing new gutters. They were supposed to make sure the gutters were pitched properly but the gutters on the back look straight across to me. I called that afternoon and reported my concerns. The lady said she would report it to the production manager. That was OVER a week ago and I have heard NOTHING. They could have at least replaced my broken flag pole. I paid these people a lot of money to do the job they promised and I am more than disappointed in the very poor customer service. I would NEVER recommend this company.

The sales rep was very nice and personable and I was very comfortable with him. The workers showed up right on time, were courteous and went right to work. The repairs seem to have solved my problems but I do think I was slightly overcharged as I did not get new gutters just the covers and repairs. They were finished in about 2 hours and even blew the pine straw off of my gravel area in the back, which I greatly appreciated.

This company did not clean up scrape left from the install broke our bird bath and failed to let us know. But the most frustrating part is in there sales pitch there is no mention of the icicles and how bad the ice dams are after a snow. Now we have ice build up on our driveway and sidewalks. Traded one problem for another.

On 2/20/21 we met with the salesman, Allen, and told him we needed complete exclusion to keep the flying squirrels out of our attics. We showed him pictures of the problem areas. Allen assured us he understood and that it would not be a problem to totally seal our attics. He never inspected the attics. He also used quite a tricky sales approach (which we should have recognized as such at the time).... he worked up a quote of $6,500+. We said we there was no way we could afford it. He then asked what we could afford. We said about $2,000. He got on the phone with his supervisor and came back with a deal of a lifetime $2,500! -over $4,000 reduction. The work was done the next day (2/21/20201) and for what they did, it looks like they did a good job on the gutter guards. BUT, upon inspection the next day, 2/22/2021, we found they did NOT seal the attics; in fact, some places were made worse. We immediately stopped payment on our check and sent messages to HomeGuard on their website contact use and Allen, advising them of our dissatisfaction and the stop payment put on check. We were contacted by customer service that evening. We sent pictures to customer service that night. The next morning, 2/23/2021) CS emailed and said they were reviewing pictures and would call later to schedule an inspection appointment. We also sent an email directly to the salesman. Terry F called us that afternoon (unaware of the stop payment) and we sent him pictures of the unsealed problem areas During that conversation he said we do gutters, not sealing of attics but he would review the pictures. We have not heard back from ANYONE since. We have been searching for someone to fix our problem, and have gotten quotes of $2,500 to $1,900. On 2/27/2021, 4 days later, I sent an email with pictures to CS and messages to CS, Terry, and Allen, explaining our position and why we are dissatisfied and asked to be contacted in hopes of resolving this matter. Here it is, 3/5/2021, almost a week since our last email, and, again/still, we have not heard from anyone. BTW - we never received pictures of their work, despite our multiple requests for them and their promises to provide them. AND, there was NOTHING wrong with our old gutter guards, 17 years old! AND, just today, my husband cut his foot on a piece of gutter material on the back deck. UPDATE: I resent my email of 2/27/21 on 3/9/2021 and received a call from Kasey who said she would personally be handling our case and would have an answer from me by the end of the day. As of 11:30 am today, 3/11/2021,... nothing.

We put off getting new gutters for a long time, thinking the process would be too long and too expensive. Manny, our salesman, explained everything to our satisfaction and was a pleasure to work with. Kai and Dan came the next day and did an excellent job of installing our new gutters and guards and taking away the old materials. I would happily recommend HomeCraft to anyone needing new gutters.
