"Mr. Cassels: We definitely address all issues when it comes to resealing and re securing your existing gutter system. It is part of the protection installation that we provide to all customers. Our installation crew did not see anything out of the norm for a gutter system of that age. They did perform the standard installation per your contract, and we did receive your Sign Off Completion Certificate stating that you were satisfied with the work done. You called us after the first rain, and we scheduled the initial repair for that Friday. The crew came out on Friday and made the repairs necessary to your old gutters. You say that the gutters continued to leak throughout the weekend, but you never called anyone at the office to let us know of the problem. You took it upon yourself to call someone else, when we have made every effort to help you and back our labor warranty in a quick, efficient way. Stating the obvious, but based on your other Google reviews, you seem to have very unrealistic expectations for just about every company you work with."

"Hello Kimberly... Unfortunately, the caulking that you are requesting is not something that we do as a part of the service you paid for. After reviewing the photos you submitted, the soffit is rotten and would need to be replaced. We would not be able to add caulking or even a filler with that amount of rot. Gutters are not caulked to fascia board. We use hidden hangers and attach the gutters to the home."
