It was a long day, as there was a lot of house to do, and the drilling is loud and makes a good deal of dust, but I felt the work was done quickly, and with the minimum of inconvenience to me.  They arrived on time, and let me know when the job was done.  This was also the case for the initial inspection and estimate, which I appreciated greatly.
Excellent communication and excellent work.  They are welcome back any time.  I'll never need another termite contractor, as these guys were thorough, and you also get the option to have a termite bond with yearly inspections.

From the estimate through the end of the first service, it was a very enjoyable, professional experience.  We purchased a foreclosure knowing that it had a rodent problem and wanted to get it cleared up before moving in. The man that provided the estimate was very thorough, explained probably more information than we needed about the rodents we had and how Breda would get rid of them over the course of the next 6 weeks as well as keep them from coming back.  We negotiated a price for the service and requested the work be done as soon as possible.  They had a cancellation the next day.
The technicians arrived on time and got straight to work.  They even worked with our handyman to find the source of a roof leak that was leading to water damage in the master bedroom.  It was related to previous attempts at fixing the rodent problem, but they went above and beyond to ensure that the roof was properly sealed.  Once the work was completed, they walked me through all the work they did and to schedule the follow up appointments to check the traps. 
We're extremely pleased with the work they have done so far and will also have them come back for pest control treatments.  We look forward to working with Breda again.

Our former pest control that we had used for over 25 years had lost their sense of customer service. Different technicians each time and they came when it was convenient for them not us. So many times they just did an outside service and did not come into the house. This would go on for months. 
Breda is the complete opposite. They value their customers' time and needs. Very personal and informative. They call to set up an appointment that is convenient for your schedule each quarter. We've had the same technician, Tom, and he is very knowledgeable and thorough. He always reminds me that if I need any service before our next appointment that I just need to call. I am getting better protection at a much more reasonable price.

Arrived on time was not too enthusiastic to answer questions and gave very generic answers to specific questions

It was easy to schedule with Breda and they came out quickly. They completed the indoor and outdoor services and gave me an assessment of what they saw. He was friendly and polite and made sure I had all of my questions answered. I was so pleased that I signed up for quarterly service and we have been using Breda for over a year now.

The service was very effective and the technicians were polite and professional.  They treated our yard every month for the entire summer.  We were delighted with the results.  We will definitely use them again for this service and other services.

I was not present for this effort but my wife was. She was very impressed with the folks that came out to review the bug problem and how quickly he identified the issue and recommended how to resolve it. He reviewed the pantry where the bugs had found a home. Identified the food that had been spoiled by the bugs. He cleared out all suspicious product in the pantry and then laid down a small barrier to kill the rest of the pests.

Great job.  Had them come out a a couple of weeks after first treatment because we still had a few ants hanging around the kitchen.  Got rid of them.

They were very professional and respectful. They completed the work very efficiently. They allowed me to set up a payment plan with them with no interest.

they came to complete a pest control check for our house and then do an extermination- the guys were prompt and courteous. They provided a clear estimate and gave good advice about treating this issue. They did the treatment of the house- it took about six hours. My only concern was that they left everything a complete mess when they left. It took me several days to get everything back in order. However, they did a good job and so far, no bugs coming back!  I recommend them.

I got the 9- month protection package deal on Angie's List, and it is the best money I have ever spent.  Before we paid for spraying, we couldn't walk to the garden and back without multiple bites.  This last spring, summer, and fall, our kids could play in the kiddie pool and run around outside without spray.  Totally, totally worth it.

They were great. I would have never tried mosquito control because I thought it was to expensive, but tried it for the price, and it was great we never saw a mosquito all year.

If you're using anyone other than Breda, you're making a mistake. My dog presented me with a rodent. I called Breda from the backyard, where I had run, screaming. Chris came that same day. He was calm and assured me the problem would be solved. On inspection, he found multiple entrance points in my attic and foundation. I contracted for an "Exclusion" service. Ricky, Jeff, Cory, and John arrived on time for my appointment. They were uniformly polite, pleasant, and efficient.  I slept well for the first time that night. The very next day, I called Breda to help with successful results of the Exclusion. Within 2 hours of my talking with Brad, Robert was at my house, inspecting and resetting traps. I wouldn't wish my problem on anyone. However, if you have any problem, call Breda and you'll have the best of the best.

Met all expectations

They did a great job. Everyone was on time. I was very happy with the service. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The service was performed professionally and the treatment has prevented the carpenter bee's from returning. 

The gentleman arrived on time and in a very professional manner performed his duties to my total satisfaction.

Once we agreed to use their service, a date was set for preventive treatment. 
On the agreeed date the technicians were punctual and professional. 
The necessary digging around the periphery of the home and in garage was neat and after the product application the soil was returned as close to before as anticipated.  The work was completed in the projected time.  As best as can be assessed all went well.

The rep that came out was outstanding.   He cleaned all the spider webs from around the outside and sprayed the inside and outside of the house.
As a matter of fact, when we purchased a home in July 2012, we used Breda for the Termite Inspection, treatment and have a contract for quarterly pest treatments.

The initial service was excellent.  The technicians attention to detail was great.  However, during the 2nd and 3rd visits the technicians were rather lackadaisical. 
The last technician provided excellent service and was attentive to requests made.
