Dick was extremely professional & courteous. The deck restoration (re-stain & replace deck boards) was completed satisfactorily. Dick needed to come back himself and replace (1) baluster as his crew did not return to finish. Dick also installed (4) pairs of shutters on the house. He needed to do this also himself (as his crew walked off and never returned). Shutters were installed just prior to Memorial Day with a "promise" to return and apply sealant/caulk to holes in brick. Spoke with his wife regarding jobs completion but Dick has not returned to finish the job. I have several shutters that will blow off with the next big storm as a result of Dick's inability to "finish the job". Dick's payment schedule was 1/3 + 1/3 + 1/3. I paid the entire bill with "good faith" of Dick returning to fasten down all (4) pair of shutters. July 10th, job is still not completed .....best rating I can give at this point. Sorry.

This was an excellent experience. Richard was extremely professional and thorough from estimation to job finish. I am very happy with the work that was provided and completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend to others.

My experience with Atlanta Deck has been outstanding from the first evaluation of the project thru the completion of my deck rebuild. What I have now far surpasses anything this house has ever seen. Beautiful efficient work.

Richard and his crew did a great job on our deck. They added new decking to extend our existing deck, replace all the railings on the deck as well as the stairs and added risers to the steps. He was honest! Trustworthy and professional. He obviously loves what he do because it shows in his work. I absolutely love the finish product!!! I would recommend him to family and friends and of course I would hire him again!

Richard and his crew were great to work with, and the deck looks fantastic.

Had my deck stairs torn down and completely rebuilt by Richard. He provided a detailed estimate and produced quality work. I feel safe again using my stairs. The stairs are fully built to code and are very solid. He even went above and beyond and did a quick favor for me without hesitation, more than I expected. Lastly, great customer service, he stands by his work.
