The crew expertly and perfectly replaced all the damaged wood under gutters and then cleaned and caulked all the gutters in one afternoon. I was impressed with their workmanship and quality, and their clean-up. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone needing gutter repair or replacement.

It went very well. Much better than expected, actually. They arrived on time and did everything they promised and more. Very professional. They cleaned up well after finishing the job on time. Tracy was very good about keeping us aware of what was going on. He came on sight to check everything out at least once a day. We are glad we selected T & J to do this work. We could not be happier with them.

T&J Exteriors replaced some hardiplank boards that blew off the side of my house during a storm with high winds. They came out quickly to give a quote and were back out to replace the boards within a day or two after I approved the quote. I would definitely call on them again if the needed in the future.

The experience was great. They came at the time they promised to come, and they did good work. I have no complaints. The pricing was reasonable.

Tracy is absolutely wonderful. He is always responsive and ensured everything was done on time. I called him immediately after a tree fell on our home during a snow storm and he came over a couple of days later and started coordinating the repairs. We've already passed on his info to friends.

Tracy contacted me very quickly when I called for an estimate on a roof and gutter replacement as well as having my house pressure washed. He was prompt and extremely professional. He took the time to answer all my questions, and I had several since I've never had to have a roof replaced prior to now. The price quote was within $25 of the other 2 estimates that I received. I chose this local company in hopes that I would find a good company to work with on some future repair and remodeling projects. I think I made the right choice. Tracy's crew did a beautiful job! More importantly, it has rained twice since the new roof was installed, and there's been no sign of the 4 leaks that were there before. I've already asked for and received a quote on a new project and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I received a final call from them, after calling to complain of no follow-up to my inquiries and was told by the inside worker that she had been informed that they did not have time to work for me.

I was incredibly happy with what they did. The biggest thing for me was when they came in, the siding just matched perfectly and the roof ended up looking great. I was just very happy with the quality of the work and with the speed that was given.

The owner met with me on time for my initial interview. He answered all questions and concerns to my satisfaction. He was my first roofing replacement quote. I was so impressed with his knowledge and high quality of materials used, I did not persue another quote. The workers showed up as scheduled and did an excellant job of covering shrubs and plants, replacing plywood, flashing, roof installation and cleanup. I was impressed with the ridge Vent installtion. With most roof replacements in my neighborhood, the Ridge Vents stop approximately 2 feet from the end of the roof. T & J installed the Ridge Vent to the end of the roof. That made the roof look much better. This was a major roofing job and they worked into the dark to finish up in one day.

Even thought the job was minor, they didn't exaggerate the job. They were honest and veteran friendly. I thank you for your kindness and great job.

They got here late in the day (later than they expected), but came in, got started and got the job done before dark. Big crew, worked together to complete removing old gutter and replacing with new gutters. Did a great job and cleaned up their mess. I received a thank you note in the mail with a gift certificate for using their services. I would highly recommend their services.

left a voice mail 9/24 requesting a quote and a call back to fix a portion of damage gutter. No one ever called. My wife called again 9/25 and spoke with someone, who promised to be out that day (9/25) or the next day 9/26) at the latest. It is now 9/27 and have not heard a thing from them. Will not consider using this company again.

After having a persistent roof leak in guest bath and living room as well as having numerous serious storms, including hail, over the past year, I contacted T&J Exteriors after seeing their reviews on Angies List. They came out, took a look at the roof and suggested I call my insurance company to come out and inspect for hail damage. My insurance company did find enough hail damage to warrant replacement of the roof and T&J sent their team out to tear off and replace the roofs on all 3 buildings as well as all the gutters on the house in one day. It did take them until about 9pm but they finished all 3 and took special care in making sure the ground was clear of debris and nails since I had told them my horse would be in the area. The roofs look great, the company was a pleasure to work with and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They did and estimate and it was a great price and they showed up at my house on time and finish the same day the job was excelent would use them again.

Came out and gave a quote. I called back within 2 days to schedule. He never returned call. Once I did finally reach him, he said he never got the message. I understood. We discussed him getting back with me; he never returned call, came by property, NOTHING.

This is second storm damage re-roof project I've had with T & J. This time they displayed the same degree of knowledge, skill & customer responsiveness that they displayed in 2011 when I used them initially. Clean workplace, minimal disruption of household activities. Great company! My daughter also used T & J to replace her storm damaged roof, a neary $7,000 project.

They did a really good job with it. I did not have any major complaints. They did have to come back before, because of some problem. They did it very well. We called them up and told them about the problem that we had. They came right out and fixed it for us, so that was nice.

The overall experience was Outstanding. We described the situation to the contractor and asked for a quote. He sent out his personnel to inspect the area and called to let us know what they had found. He gave me options on what needed to be done and what could be done within my budget. During the inspection they also found that our chimney was assembled wrong from the builders. The company owner described exactly what was wrong with the chimney, in detail, and gave us options on how to repair it. We settled on a date and his personnel arrived when scheduled and repaired the roof. After the roof cap was fabricated they then returned and installed it. Only after all the work was completed was I contacted for payment.

I needed my roof replaced due to hail damage. I live in a very rural area and I called T & J to see if they came to my neck of the woods. They took down my information and called the owner to check to see if he could come to my area even though it is far from them. He is so very busy and unable to travel to my location, but did recommend someone else to me. If they would come to my area, I would use them. Very impressed that they went out of their way to help me.

I will review if I go with that company.

I am happy with the temporary fix until I am ready for the work to be done.

This contractor provided a good price and excellent service. Excellent communication. Work was completed within the promised time frame. Would utilize this contractor again for roofing or other types of home repair.

Excellent. I had 6 estimates from from respected roofing companies. All companies proposed the work with the same type of materials - most recommended GAF roofing system materials. We liked the Timberline GAF series shingles. Estimate/Proposal/Quote experience with T&J was professional and excellent with a good price. Communication was clear and all calls returned promptly. The work was done as contracted with no surprises. The work quality is excellent and looks good. We are very satisfied and highly recommend T & J Exteriors.
