When my wife and I had an offer accepted on a home, I called Steve to inspect it because I had seen him in action before. I was sufficiently impressed that I didn't bother to check around, or comparison shop for price. Steve was as impressive this time around. He showed us the bad as well as the good about the home, and most important of all taught me about the home. I learned a great deal about our home from him.
Protip: you won't get as much out of an inspection from Steve if you don't follow him around with a notepad.
