Description of Work: I learned about your company through Angie's List. I have done business with numerous companies based upon Angie's List recommendations and have been extremely satified with the service these companies have provided. After 36 years of marriage and several hundred floral arrangements that I have sent to her, I wanted to get my wife something unique for this Valentine's Day. When I found your name on Angie's List and based upon my previous positive experience using Angie's List business providers, I placed an order for a dozen long stemmed red roses that were personalized with I Love You. The roses were delivered to my wife's place of employment at approximately 3:15 pm. She left work at 3:30 pm, went home and immediately cut the stems, removed leaves and placed them in water. At least 6 roses had some black discoloration around the petal edges. It is now 3 hours later and the roses look terrible. Petals are already falling off the flowers. My wife is upset over the appearance and condition of the flowers. She has taken several pictures of them on her cell phone, to document the condition. For the amount of money spent - these roses are unacceptable. I would like to resolve this problem as soon as possible. Kindly advise on what steps will be taken to bring this issue to a satisfactory conclusion.

Description of Work: Purchase 2 Big Deals offered thru Angie's List. Called the company as listed, was a personal voicemail that wasn't set-up. No call back, so called 3 more times and Alex answered advised to e-mail info. I e-mailed and requested verification it was received on the e-mails because I bought 2 different dozen roses for 2 different people, they never e-mailed back to confirm, I had to call them again to make sure they had the information to send the roses. Alex kept on trying to get off the phone without confirming the actual information was received. I did not feel comfortable at all that they would deliver the actual roses. They were delivered, wilted, broken, no food to make last longer, and no baby's breath or other greenery, just the roses, plain.

Description of Work: I was promised that I would receive my flowers in time for Valentine's Day via UPS. I waited outside only to see my UPS delivery man deliver to my next door neighbor but not me! I never received my roses in time for Valentine's Day. Now what good is a dozen roses that say "Happy Valentines Day" the DAY AFTER Valentine's Day? I will NEVER USE this company again, and I suggest that you don't either. You're asking for trouble ordering flowers to be shipped for a specific date from out of town. Pay the extra $$$'s and go to your local florist to ensure that you get your flowers on time, especially for you guys who don't want to spend Valentine's day in the "DOG HOUSE"!
