The flowers were delivered on time and they were, according to the woman who received them, totally beautiful.

He went out of his way to ensure delivery got to my aunt on time even though it was beyond the scope of the special. He kept me informed through phone calls and my aunt loved the flowers. Very professional and caring service!

Flowers delivered - slightly disappointed

My experience went very well. They provided a timely delivery. The roses were beautiful and my wife really enjoyed them. I would recommend this company to others.

On time, healthy and beautiful

Roses where ordered and arrived as requested. Initially looked good and having the written message on petal is a 'unique' idea. Roses initially looked good but sidn't last very long and wilted after a few days.

I called Agnie's list and they followed up with the vendor. I was notified that they only had my address, however, I believe they had my phone number and email address and could have been more helpful. I agree with "let the buyer beware." stands, however, the seller could have been more proactive with me. had that happened, I would have used them again as a matter of fact I am looking for a florest in that area again to send flowers but will not use this vendor. Apparently the company doesn't have local distributors as the flowers didn't last long after being vased and the chocolate was not fresh. Would not use them again.

They were fun. I decided to choose them for the big deal they had with Angie's list. They were on time. I would recommend them to others.

It was good. It was a little pricey. The were stamp which i thought was cool.

The roses I ordered came DOA, and I mean DEAD. They were black and brown, and the bulbs had fallen off of the stems. I complained to the company. They apologize and assured me they would refund my money. Two more phone calls and I realized they were no longer picking up. Several emails and at least 2 months went by before a refund was had.

Ordered the Angie's list special -- which I probably would not do again since it involved an out of state vendor performing a service at a distance. After a brief email confirmation that I was not certain worked, the flowers were delivered as specified.

Got the Angie's list deal and e-mailed the company. I never got a response so I ended up e-mailing and calling again before I got confirmation of the order. On Valentines' day, I arrived home after work (6pm) and then waited an hour to see if anything was delivered. Nothing came. I ended up telling my wife about the flowers I had ordered and apologized that she did not get her gift. UPS ended up showing up after 8 pm with the flowers. The flowers themselves were not very fresh, not in a particularly nice arrangement, and were overall very disappointing. So overall, even if the company may not have had much say in when the flowers were actually delivered, a top-notch company would probably make sure that for a special occasion they have a way of making sure they get delivered during the day and not late at night. They also have control over the quality of the flowers, and in this case, I did not think the quality was very good. I have had much better experiences with other on-line florists.

roses smaller than I thought and only lasted one day.

The roses did not last long. My wife was disappoined with the results. This is the second time I tried sending her roses (different company first time) and I was disappointed both times. This was my last time trying to get her roses for Valintimes Day. No more.

The order was taken and checked. The main individual the roses were ordered for never received roses. Company credited for not delivering. I will not order flowers from internet again. Out of four internet floral orders two have been bad experiences.

Wasn't pleased with the quality of the roses. Also, it wasn't clear to me (might have misread the deal) that the message was predefined (Happy Valentine's Day) and the message I was typing in would go on the card and not the rose.

Not too bad but the flowers were delivered after 7pm much later then I was expecting but in the end it got done

Flowers were delivered late in the day. Quality was only fair. They lasted only three days.

Roses arrived on time. they were in terrible shape with petals falling off and many of the blossoms severely wilted. When I called to complain they offered me a small discount on my next order (like that would ever happen), but they refused to replace them. I would never use this company again and the fact that this was an Angie's List Big Deal severely impacts the credibility of Angie's List.

The roses arrived so badly wilted that several of the bulbs simply fell off of the stems as they were lifted out of the box. None of them survived the day, or opened after being placed in a vase. I contacted the company for a refund. TWICE. They finally apologized and promised to refund my purchase, but never did.

These were a gift for my wife of 48 years for Valentine Day this month. The roses arrived as promised. They were immediately put into water as recommended for such an item and the next morning the petals with the personalization on nearly each rose had fallen off. These roses were not exposed to the elements and the stems were cut as recommended by florists and put in plenty of water. On the third day we had to dispose of them because they were falling apart and looked terrible. I do this every year and this is the only time that I had to complain and the only time I have purchased from this company. I will not again purchased from this company.
