TWO BROTHERS TIRES

They are friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They caught a small problem with my bike and fixed it as part of the overall job, no extra charge.
That, to me, is very good customer service and they will get all my tire business in the future.

Motorcycle riders tend to be very particular about their tires, because after all, they're the only contact with the road. I was after a newer model Michelin Motorcycle tire called the Pilot Road 3. These tires were very hard to find, but Tim and Ernie Keel had them in stock in a wide range of sizes. Very impressive! As I waited for the changeover from old to new, I waited in a cool office just off the service floor of the operation (it was hot in Georgia that day). When Tim brought me the bill, I was astonished to see that they'd only charged me $55 labor for the work Ernie did to get the old tires off, and get the new tires on. He's a master at the install process, and I didn't have to take any luggage off my bike which was fully loaded for a long tour.
