After nearly a year without a cleaning service, I hired Marcelaâ s cleaning service. While Marcelaâ s team cleaned, I fell asleep, and woke to the most amazing views of my home. Marcela was kind and caring, asking after my health and being reassuring with any questions I had. She gave very good value for cost. Marcela gave me my home back.

They were on time, did exactly we asked them to and did a great job!

Although the owner presents well, I experienced that she made promises that she did not deliver on. To add insult to injury there was some damages to my property (a drinking glass, blinds to the kitchen window). I thought I was getting a deep cleaning and I experienced that she did very light cleaning. They did not clean the tub well, and left a dark spot on my carpet, she did come back to try to re-clean it and it did improve but no resolve and it was not there prior to hiring them. They needed to be asked for re-work on a lot areas. I have hired other cleaning services and never seen my home left in such disorganization, I realize that I did not hire her for origination, but I did have the expectation that I would have been able to find my things easier.

We just had our first deep cleaning with Marcela's Cleaning and they were absolutely wonderful!! I am so pleased with the detailed job they did. They worked very hard to make everything look so fantastic. They were always kind, professional and courteous. Looking forward to working with them for a long time.

They were prompt, polite, personable, and professional. They cleaned our house very thoroughly, and they did so cheerfully. That said, you do need to let them know of anything that you want to keep that might be mistaken for trash, as they might throw it away otherwise.

She was prompt in returning my request. Very professional. I had a deep cleaning and they did a great job.

The ladies deep cleaned my new home which had been sitting vacant for 6 months. They did an amazing job!!! They even cleaned the filthy garage for only $50 more. I am so happy with the results!!!!

Marcella is a fantastic person has a wonderful disposition is on time pricing things fairly does excellent work. Iâ m hiring her on a month-to-month basis based upon the deep clean she did it on my home to sell it. I would recommend her extensively for any type of work she was wonderful. Fantastic job! She was quick to answer and clear communicating with me by text and phone. We promptly scheduled an appointment and she did an outstanding job! She was friendly and personable, I was comfortable with her right away. She said she would clean my house as her own and she did! Marcela cares a lot about her customers. She went above and beyond. My oven and microwave was so greasy and gross, but she made it look almost new after she was done! She also showed me how to clean my vents. I will definitely use Marcelaâ s Cleaning in the future and recommend her to my family and friends.

Marcela is such a nice person and you can tell she cares about providing the best service for her customers. I hired her to help clean my parents home and what sold my mom into picking her was her personality and customer service. Her personality was welcoming and felt more like a friend was helping clean the house. I would definitely recommend her to others and would hire her again!
