We offer a helpdesk that supports computer users. Our goal is for you to always talk to a live person. We provide remote connections, onsite services, or drop off services. We will diagnose your computer for free and provide you with an estimate of any repairs needed. ( There is a milage charge if we travel to your site and/or if we remote into your computer)

Services we offer

We service most computer systems with the following operating sytems: Windows Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Server 2003, SBS2003, Server 2008, SBS2008, SBS2011. We also offer Backup Systems, Firewalls, Antivirus, and computer hardware. We provide hard drive replacements, memory upgrades, virus removal, software installs, and software updates. We repair laptops except as listed under "Services Not Offered." We also offer network design, implementation, and repair.

Services we don't offer

We do not work on systems other than the ones listed above. We do not the replace motherboards keyboards and some internal items on laptops. We do not perform any repairs that require soldering.

Description of Work: Glen keeps my computer and server working great. I have worked with him for over seven years and I have never been down for any issues. He is very thorough and explains everything in great detail....if you want the best service for the price call Glen at Lazarus IT
