Kirby was GREAT! Very kind and professional, explained pricing and what would have to be done prior to doing anything so I was fully aware. Made sure I was informed before moving to next step that would have cost more money. Did what was necessary to fix without doing more just to charge me more. Came two hours after calling just to get a quote. Will definitely use again if I have any issues.

We hired “Honest Care” plumbing and the serviceman, Kirby, was great all the way around!! Will hire him again for any plumbing problems in the future and would recommend him to everyone!

I thought he was a little expensive. I got quotes from other companies and they wanted 75.00 per hour. He charged 325.00 and was here less than a few hours. Then next day I went to do laundry and water filled the floor. Not sure if the plumbing or the washing machine. Called him back and he did come back and check it out. Nice guy.

Hire Kirby if you need a plumbing pro! We had a serious plumbing problem in our house on the Friday afternoon before Labor Day. No one would step up and help us over the long weekend, and we were facing three days with no plumbing in our house. Kirby came that Saturday, stayed until late at night and fixed the problem. And he gave us a good price too! Great customer service, great quality, great value!
