Their service was okay but I will back off from them. Their prices were reasonable but I did not like their salespeople and the general staff there was generally rude. I would tell other Angie's List members not to buy a car from them.

Originally went in for an oil change, but Hayes does a 16 point inspection which showed I needed a new battery. I have used this dealership for all of the maintenance on my 2005 Jeep Cherokee without any problems.

They have been taking care of the cars for years. The price is a little bit higher like all dealerships. Once we go through the warranty on a vehicle and if it comes just for a standard oil change, we go someplace else that is a lot cheaper than the dealership. For any kind of real maintenance or repairs we go back to the dealership. It may be more expensive but we just trust them more. My husband used to drive a stealth which is a Dodge. There was nobody else in town that even knew how to fix it except for them. We trust the dealership for that more than independent repair garage for anything serious. We get what we pay for. They do good work. They tell us to drop it off in the morning and pick it up at 3. It is ready by 3. They are good. If they have any questions or anything appears to be questionable they always call to double check. They are very good with stuff like that. We have used them for years.

I have been going to this dealership for 25 year and have always been treated with professionalism. I am a female and have never felt like I was being treated any different due to my gender. There are things that you would like an explanation for and have always been given more than I sometimes realize the depth that does go into a repair when things go wrong. The service department has always greeted me and always willing to help. I understand that sometimes what you may have taken your car in to have done will require for safety issues more than I had anticipated, but at least I know they are looking out for my safety as well. I also took my car in to have the breaks done, but I was told that I really didn't need that done at this time and all they needed was for the rotors to be turned. They could have done it anyway, but they were honest enough to tell me the truth and not just take my money. Thanks for the great service all these years. The Service Manager must have the respect of his guys on the desk and the technicians. Things run well when I go in.
