Terribly. I hired this company to raise a slab that was sagging by 2”. The cause of the sag was fixed and they just needed to stabilize and raise it. The salesman said that raising it the 2” would not be a problem as long as they didn’t hit any large voids or cavities. I hired them and they were only able to raise it 3/8ths of an inch. Their installer told me he felt he could raise it the rest of the way and the company offered to do that for another $1k. I agreed and the 2nd time they were only able to raise it 1/8th of an inch. It’s important to note that the company says they “do not guarantee lift” but only “guarantee stabilization.” I hired them to raise a slab and know they can’t guarantee that it will be perfectly level. I told him I would be happy if it was within 1/4-1/2 half inch of level. They clearly have no idea what they are doing and have no idea how to estimate a project. Do NOT hire them.

Logan and his team Juan, Jesus and Hugo worked so hard from the minute they arrived early on Tuesday am until they completed the job on late Friday afternoon. We are beyond pleased with they're skills, expertise, thoroughness, kindness and professionalism. The job required digging the entire front of the house down to the footings, scraping the concrete, evaluating the cracks in the poured foundation, applying waterproofing substance to the entire front foundation, laying a very thick rubber waterproofing material in the ground, laying drainpipes, installing gutter clean out taps on all of the downspouts, replacing the dirt, leveling and repairing the yards slope, pouring a new concrete walkway and landscaping the yard with pine straw. We highly recommend these 4 men and Dritek Solutions for your waterproofing needs. Our leaky basement worries are now over. Thank you Russell for providing your information and detailed quote. Brandon did an excellent job waterproofing my basement. Our foundation was letting water into the basement like a faucet and Brandon's team was able to show immediate results within a day. He also pointed out other areas around my home that were contributors to generally poor water management. I am very pleased with the work Dritek performed and would definitely recommend them. One thing to note - they are VERY busy which may cause them to be slow to respond at times. It was noticeable, but not bad enough to make me walk away.
