The crew did an excellent job and actually corrected some installation issues with the original roof at no additional cost. The job foreman was careful to provide a detailed description of all work performed when the job was completed. Except for one call-back to correct a issue with the gutter covers that were installed, the roof has now withstood several wind and rain storms without problem.
Description of Work: This was a wind and hail damage insurance claim. I opted for out-of-pocket upgrades for architectural shingles, ridge vents, and gutter covers.

+ 0 moreThe installers were right on time and installed everything in one day.They were very professional, polite and their estimate was on the dot.When they were done, they cleaned up everything and the new roof was the only evidence that they were ever here.The warranty is 10 year workmanship and 25 year materials. After 10 years, the roof still looks like new! But here is the best part!!! One month before the workmanship warranty ran out, we developed a leak on the top section of our multi layered roof. They came out promptly and sealed several suspect areas... no charge! The leak persisted, and finally, they removed and replaced the entire section at no charge.Today, our roof is tight as a drum.It's nice to have found a company with integrity and conscientious workers that really want to make their customers happy.
Description of Work: We had them completely replace the roof (felt and shingles) on our cape cod home, including plumbing fixtures, vents and chimney cap. They also installed peak vents.

Description of Work: My insurance company required that I replace a few missing shingles. I called Accent and a few others and Accent was the onlt one that seemed interested in such a small job. Their usual minimum is $200 but he only charged me $100.00 to replace a few shingles and patch up the areas around my vents and pipes on the roof. He was very helpful, professional and reasonable. I would defiantly recommend their services.
