They did a very professional job with the new roof installation. They had to repair some rotten fascia board due to a leak, and removed an old electric line attachment that was no longer needed and was an eyesore. This is my second new roof on another one of my rental properties this year. I continue to be happy with the Company's professionalism and quality work.

Great, worker came out and did the job quickly. No job too small. Down side is that even a small job got charged flat rate. Oh well, reality is no one in the family could get on the roof to do the job due to steep angle.

They came the first day they could because we were having a spell of heavy rain. Communication was quick and pleasant. The technician arrived ahead of schedule, surveyed what needed to be done and showed me pictures, asked me if I wanted him to perform the service, and promptly went to work. It took less time than I had originally anticipated, and as of today 10/23/2015 I have not had any problems with the skylight leaking.

I had a leak in my roof. A technician and fixed it...next rain I had the same leak. He fixed it again, then it rained and leaked again. So he came back a third time and finally got it patched. Now you might think he wasn't very good if he had to come back two more times but it speaks to me of his integrity when he never charged me more and even brought a helper the third time. This was all done using an Angie List coupon for a $50 visit. I was impressed. A previous roofer tried to sell me a new roof.

Accent Roofing is excellent and you should not hesitate to call them. Phillip is very professional and knowledgeable about his services. He came the day the insurance adjuster was here and reviewed everything with him and with us too. He scheduled the work for the 18th of September and his crew was here very early in the morning and started right away. His crew is very good and very hard working. They moved all of our patio furniture and covered all of our bushes so that nothing would get damaged. We were surprised how quickly it all was completed. In fact they were finished the same day and we have a large house with high elevations. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up and put our furniture back where we had it. Phillip came to make sure all of our questions were answered and to ensure we were happy with the job. They are an excellent company with an excellent warranty. It was raining and we were thinking about rescheduling, as the roofer was not able to get up on the roof. As he was about to leave the rain stopped and he could get to assess the roof, found and took care of the problem that was causing the leak. I am grateful and happy.

The customer service from Phillip & Accent Roofing went above & beyond. They actually reviewed our insurance adjusters' report & prepared a supplement asking our insurance to cover more costs, which our insurance did! :) All correspondence was handled promptly. Pricing was reasonable and I felt like they included more within their quoted price than other companies. We found a few nails on the ground after the new installation but otherwise, no complaints at all! Plus, we love the discounts they offer. I'm recommending them to anyone who needs roof work done!

The detailed roof inspection and tune-up performed by Jason from Accent Roofing was money well spent. Jason was very thorough, took photos of his repairs and made recommendations for more extensive repairs to help me get another 3-4 years out of my roof.

Service was quick and detailed. He even saved me money by assuring me that I did not need a 200 job that another vendor said I needed.

Accent Roofing gave me a fair price for a roof that was larger and more complicated than the deal I purchased on Angie's List. I had some additional work to do on the chimney and Accent Roofing doesn't do anything but roofing but they helped me find a good repair guy that came out and did excellent work. Once the chimney work was complete Accent Roofing scheduled the job and performed exactly as they said they would. I would highly recommend this group if you need some roof work.

Highly efficient and professional crew that worked very hard. On time and on budget. Very pleasant people to work with. The cleanup was perfect. They have an excellent guarantee and will be in business for the life of the guarantee in all probabilility since they are one of Atlanta's oldest roofing companies. We had a new roof put on 15 years ago and it constantly leaked. The week after the install we had torrential rains and had noleakage at all. Would recommend this vendor without hesitation.

I called Accent Roofing after seeing the great reviews on Angie's List and was not disappointed. Jason arrived a little early and inspected the roof vent boots and roof cap where I had noticed leaks in the attic. He showed me that all the rubber boots were cracked near the top and needed replacing. We scheduled an appointment for the following week with a quote. Again, Jason arrived ahead of schedule and went right to work. He finished the boots and repaired the roof cap in about 2 hours and also painted the furnace and kitchen vent pipes with Rustoleum for rust prevention for no extra charge. Courteous and professional, and a job well done!

Jason from Accent was great to deal with. He called me prior to my appointment and showed up when he said. He was able to get right up on my roof and found the source of the leak very quickly and repaired it. He was very professional and showed me pictures of the hole that he took on his phone. He informed me that there would be no additional charge for this work since the repair was minor. I would not hesitate to call Accent again if I have issues with my roof. I wholeheartedly recommend this provider.

I could not be more impressed with Accent Roofing. After having had the leak supposedly fixed (and not) by other companies who were uncommunicative, it was a surprise and a delight to deal with Accent. I called Accent on a Friday afternoon, got a call back that same afternoon, and was given an appointment for the next business day (Monday) for an assessment of the issue and an estimate of the cost to fix it. Not only did they come out as promised, but the owner of the company (who was the one coming out) called to let me know he could come by a few hours early, which worked out well for both of us. He made a recommendation for what he thought was causing the leak and quoted a fair price, and told me his office would be in touch soon. "Soon" can mean anything in the world of home repair, so I was pleasantly surprised an hour or two later when I got a professional e-mail proposal with the costs and steps to fix the leak written out in detail, so that any discrepancies could be worked out ahead of time. I agreed to it and was told that one of their employees could be out there by 5 PM that same day. So after running errands I was home by 5, and when I arrived home the roofer was already there. He'd been able to come by early (he'd called my home number and left a message), so he'd actually already been on my roof, seen the problem, and repaired my roof before I even got home. It turned out that it wasn't a gutter issue as originally thought, so he talked to the owner on the phone and diagnosed what he thought was the issue, and went ahead and made that repair. After coming inside, we could see a small water spot under the area he had repaired, and it appeared to confirm that he was correct about where the water was initially coming in. I was assured that the work was guaranteed, and the friendliness, professionalism, experience, and competency of everyone I encountered makes me feel comfortable that if this leak has not been fixed that they will do everything they can to make it right. I really appreciate that customer confidence and quality work appear to be high priorities for Accent Roofing. And after a light rainstorm Thursday, we were ecstatic that there was no leak, so I am highly optimistic that this issue has been fixed. If it hasn't been fixed or if I have any roof-related issue in the future, they will definitely be my first call.

Accent Roofing showed up early and performed a Roof Tune-Up and provided an estimate on the spot for a new roof. Very professional.

I am very pleased with Accent Roofing. They were on time for their appointments. Explained what was causing the leak and advised to redo 2 other sewer vents because I would eventually have the same problem. So far it appears the leak was fixed. They called after the employee left to ensure I was satisfied with their work. Their repairs are guaranteed. Would recommend.

From the beginning this was an awesome experience and very easy for such a big job! From the beginning when Phillip came to our house to check for roof damage, he said there was, and this was confirmed by our insurance company. Then a date was set to replace the roof, which was meet by Jose and his awesome team. We are very pleased with the work done and then follow-up by Phillip confirmed all was done to specification. We are very pleased with Accent Roofing and will gladly recommend them to all our friends in need of roof repairs.

Angies list shows that Accent Roofing is a service provider in my area, which is Oconee County, in Georgia. I specifically asked if they serviced my area before scheduling the appointment. A whole day passed before I got a call back to tell me that they cannot make the appointment because they do not service my area. Yet, when I spoke to a contractor, repairman, they told me they would be out in my area this week. Sorry, unacceptable. They did call back and they did respond, but F for lousy. This is not a way to run a business.

Troy Spilliards was great to work with. He was attentive to all my needs, called when he said he would and follow up accordingly. He met with the insurance adjuster and so I didn't have to worry about the meeting. It was a great overall experience and I've already referred him and Accent Roofing to two friends who have roof damage. I'm a pretty hard customer to please and I wish all my dealings with companies went this well.
