Tom (owner) was a pleasure to work with. Very nice and professional. Gave good advice and didn't try to price gouge us like other companies in this space do. I would definitely recommend working with them.

Phillip and his crew were great throughout the entire process from filing the claim to the completion of the job. His crew arrived on time and got straight to work. When I returned home from work that afternoon, my roof looked amazing and there was no evidence of debris of construction taking place which is amazing with such a messy job. As a first time homeowner, their guidance and willingness to assist in the claims process as well as availability to answer questions throughout the process was remarkable. I would definitely recommend Phillip and his team to anyone in need of a new roof. They take great pride in their work and made my satisfaction the number one priority.

In the mean time, we have had another down pour and I'm faced with same problem in the same area. Without paperwork of what was done and an estimate of what needs to be done I'm at a lost and will not be doing any further business with this company. It was refreshing to work with some one so honest.

I was very pleased. They kept every appointment on time, were courteous and knowledgeable and very pleasant. My roof was replaced due to wind and hail damage. Phillip from Accent Roofing came to my house to meet with the insurance appraiser. He answered every question and was very helpful. He was there when the job started and when the job finished. The material was delivered the day before. The crew showed up at daylight and got to work. They tore off all of the old roof and put up new roll roofing, shingles and ridge vents. They replaced the plumbing boot and did some upgrades required by current building codes that I would not have know about had they not told me. They were also able to replace a skylight on my porch. The roof looks great and they cleaned up and were gone by days end. They covered my shrubbery and moved the bird bath. I speak only English so it was helpful that there was an English speaking foreman there for the whole day. A few hints, move your car before the work begins. They may need to park a truck or dumpster in the drive and you want to be able to get out. Be sure not to step out of your door until someone knows you will be walking out, you don't want to be hit by material dropping off the roof. It takes a lot of banging to take off and put on a roof. If you have delicate or valuable objects on open shelves, move them before work begins. It is not enough to dislodge something in a cabinet, but it will put pictures a little askew. All and all a good experience.

Accent Roofing completely knocked it out of the park today! They made sure that we knew ahead of time exactly what to expect. They communicated clearly and promptly with us throughout the process from estimate to completion. The estimate paperwork laid out clearly & concisely what we could expect on roofing day which was great to be able to refer back to before the day of. They patiently worked with us & our insurance company to help us get the best roofing possible. This company works as a team through and through, from the guys out in the field to the folks in their office! Their customer service was spot on throughout! The crew did an amazing transformation of our poor old house & shed roofs in 7hrs start to finish; cleanup & all! This included multiple passes around the entire perimeter of the house with magnets to pick up all the nails that might have been missed by the protective tarps. They were on the ball, on time and always courteous & friendly. We couldn't be happier! It feels wonderful to know we have a good solid roof overhead again! I can't recommend Accent Roofing highly enough!

i BOUGHT THE ROOF MAINTENANCE PACKAGE AND AM VERY HAPPY WITH IT. THEY WERE VERY CLEAR ON COST AND TIME TABLE AND DID A GET JOB. THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING FOR US AND EVEN DROVE A HOUR FOR OUR CONVENIENCE FOR FINAL ESTIMATE. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF NEEDED.

We had used Accent Roofing once previously for a minor roof repair. Based on that experience, I contacted them again for ostensibly another repair to our roof. However, upon inspection by Phillip Scribbins, Accent Roofing General Manager, he assessed that the roof had enough storm damage to require replacement. He followed up several times with our insurance company to help us, unfortunately to no avail, as the insurance company denied the claim due to the age of the roof. Normally at this point I would have requested another roofing company to give us an estimate, but Phillip had already expended so much time and effort on our behalf that I contracted with him to do the job. Despite weather problems delaying the scheduled job, Accent Roofing was able to have an excellent crew install our new roof on a Sunday. They did an outstanding job of installing the roof and cleaning up afterward. We are very pleased with the result. Thanks Accent Roofing and thank you very much Phillip.

Tom and his team were terrific to work with. Having consulted with several companies in the search for the right one, we felt confident that this company uses superior materials and methods. We had to reschedule once due to weather concerns, and when we suggested MLK holiday as an alternate date, Tom didn't hesitate to accept the suggestion even though it's a holiday for most of us... we really appreciated that courtesy for our work schedules. On the day, the removal crew showed up within 10 minutes of the appointed time and got to work right away. They covered EVERY inch of ground that might have had shingles fall on it. Work began on installation the moment the removal was done. Tom and Marcus, the foremen, were extremely respectful of our time and of our home. Tom and one of the workmen, Adolfo, needed to be in our attic to negotiate the addition of three vents for bathroom fans (which had not been properly vented before the job). They were careful to not dirty our rugs or cause more disruption than they needed to. The need for these fans was a late addition to the contract - Tom made it very easy and charged a very reasonable additional amount. When the job was done, Marcus made sure to walk us both all the way around to inspect the finished product and the spotless yard. He even offered to take us on top of the roof, which we declined! Our new roof was safely in place a mere 7 hours after the removal of the old one began, and you could barely tell that anybody had even visited the property. Can't say enough good things about Accent, Tom, Marcus, Adolfo, and the whole crew. We will be recommending them to anyone needing a roofer. Thank you!

He identified the problem, promptly provided competitive quote, and repaired roof leak. Three other roof contractors wanted to replace entire roof because of non existing hail damage. Roof has not leaked in three years. I was not prompt in providing this rating today is 01/13/16. I highly recommend this company.

I had a leak that was growing worse with every new heavy rain. I'd had 2 other professional roofing contractors out to inspect the source of this thing. No dice. They fixed some minor stuff, but this main one just kept being a problem. Accent came out for the inspection almost immediately after contacting them, mentioned the likelihood of the ridge vent (no one else had though of it), gave me some other great advice about some things going on with my roof, and wasn't the slightest bit pushy with the estimate. They gave me all the info, talked through the particulars, answered my questions, and left me with a business card. The customer service of their office people was stellar too. So I hired them. The installer was on time and courteous. He walked me out to show me what he was going to do. He even showed me the product he was about to put on the roof just to keep it all up front that no one was selling me one thing and then putting some junk up there. He was done in an hour and cleaned it all up. He was even concerned about having a pushed a pile of leaves off the roof onto the driveway as he was climbing up there. Totally respectful. I paid by credit card on the front porch. Now after several sets of non-stop rain weeks since then, it's bone dry in my unfinished rooms upstairs where I was seeing this stuff come in. These guys were great, bottom to top.

Service was excellent & speedy!

Initially started with The Leaksmith with a Big Deal for a roof tune-up and to have them see if they could find an existing leak around two skylights during the tune-up. Following the tune-up they said they had to come back to work on the leak. I agreed to the proposed cost and repairs and we scheduled another visit. On that visit the same gentleman, Jason, returned and completed the repairs he thought necessary. The skylights had leaked about two years ago, and The Leaksmith definitely went for a more detailed repair than the previous contractor. I had some concerns about the total cost after Jason finished the work as the parts used do not appear that expensive, the time spent was fairly short (definitely < 3 hours, maybe less than 2), and the warranty was only acceptable (1 year / workmanship). The owner followed up promptly on that concern and extended the warranty to 3 years, giving me a much better comfort level with their efforts. It has been several months since and we have had some reasonably wet periods, so I can say that they fixed the existing leak(s). If this repair 'holds' until the roof needs replacing, then I'll be extremely pleased and will probably use The Leaksmith for a new roof. It'll just take a few years to know how it's turned out! Good so far and I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Tom and team are great. He was able to quickly identify the source of several leaks in my roof, provided me w/ an estimate that was fair and was able to quickly schedule his crew to perform the work. These guys do quality work, are fast and are A+ in my opinion..

He only did the tuneup. His estimate was kind of high for the repair. So, I didn't use him. There were no additional charges. The pricing for the actual work was high. That's what I didn't like about it.

Workers Arrived on time and completed Jobs - one stayed until dark finishing the rolled roofing on porch

An excellent experience with this company (Accent Roofing Service). The crew arrived on time, installed a roof that looks great, and cleaned up afterward. Most important to me, owner Tom Scribbins answered, in detail, my many questions and responded professionally and efficiently to issues and concerns. I think this company operates with a high degree of integrity and I would definitely recommend it.

Accent roofing properly diagnosed problem and repaired roof where it was leaking. They responded to initial request for quote quickly and began work to repair roof in a timely manner. Did an excellent job of repairing roof as it has not leaked since repaired.(18 months).They took special precautions to protect landscape from discarded material from repair. They did a total clean up of work area and removed all work related materials old and new. I would highly recommend this company.

They were very prompt and even though I had to be rescheduled due to bad weather, they got it done the first break in the rain. Very good workmanship. The repairman was prompt. A very good experience.

Well, I cannot sing this company's praises enough. We have a very small rental property with an almost twenty year old roof, and not only did Accent Roofing give us an amazing deal to replace the roof, they were professional, fast (had the new roof up in less than a day), helpful (allowed me as well as our tenants to throw some trash in the dumpster along with the old roofing material), amazingly prompt and wonderful in every way. My own roof is almost in need of replacement, and I will DEFINITELY use them again. Indeed, our one tenant who lives in the house is a general contractor, and he said more than once, "These guys know what they're doing." High praise indeed from someone in the business. These days it's difficult to find a contractor to work on smaller jobs, show up on time and complete the job within the estimate! Accent Roofing did just that. l will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend you do the same.

They arrived at the time they stated they would and immediately went to work. Bushes and decks were covered. Our site was cleaned up once they were completed. They were able to complete it in 1 day. The workers were professional and polite. The owners were very responsive to any phone calls. A truly professional group to work with! Highly recommend.
