Dean did a wonderful job on my roof and was professional and cleaned up after himself very well...my only complaint would be that the job went from being a one day gig to a three day event...but even with that I would definitely use this family owned business again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest reliable roofers.

I am highly dissatisfied with the quality, cost, and lack of professionalism of Accent Roofing. The roofer arrived 2 hours late. He stated I needed new "boots" around my pipes and quoted me $150 per boot, when I hesitated he knocked the price to $350 for the 3. He assured me that this would correct the leak. Later discovered by my insurance adjuster that this was a "temporary fix" and that the issue was not fixed because he simply cut the flange off a new boot and slid it over the pipe and used caulking. Total time on the roof =less than 15 mins, total cost of supplies if purchased at home depot= $20. They proudly cashed my $350 check.

We noticed a water stain and dry wall peeling in our garage ceiling. We used Service Magic as a resource again and found Immediate response from the vendors,almost too quick. Great customer service and attention to our needs. Both Tom Scribbins and Phil Scribbins came separate times and we have been pleased with them so far.

I had a new roof put on at the end of spring; it's now the beginning of fall and I am still happy. Accent was not the cheapest quote I received, but I was impressed by how honest and direct the owner was (the quote was given in total dollars not per flat or some arbitrary unit of measure to people that don't do roofing, there was no up-sell, "rust coat" or "platinum package" - just honest answers, useful comments, eye-contact, and a handshake backed by several good reviews on-line). The crew arrived on time, finished on time, and left the yard cleaner than they found it. Accent did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

The repairman Phillip Scribbins was prompt, professional and courteous. The rate he charged me was very reasonable, and went out of his way to check the rest of the roof for me. The roofing business sometimes gets a bad rep as there are some bad players, but this was NOT the case with Accent. I would use again and I would recommend them for their honesty and good work.
