A best dry waterproofing provided me with solutions that other companies didn't offer, for half of the cost. Job was completed in great time and I am extremely happy with the results.

It took several attempts but Litrio and his crew successfully sealed the cracks in the foundation outside and inside. I had no leaks during the recent storms. The crews were on time, thorough and cleaned up. The customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend.

A Best Dry Waterproofing found a leak no-one else was able to find. We were told by other companies we required sump pumps and drains and other unnecessary installs. Alirio solved our problem and saved us money!

The whole crew from Alirio to the workers were very pleasant to have on site. They have an act for arriving early, which is great! We did have a few missteps along the way, but the team was on top of it and corrected the problem fast and effectively. My biggest compliment was the way they cleaned up and left my property. It was in tip-top shape.I would highly recommend this business for your waterproofing needs.

Alirio & Co are the kind of people you will want to hire if you have a problem with water in your basement/crawlspace. They were really awesome and helpful solving our issue. They installed a pump and waterproofed our basement area where machines are. They also helped us by building a channel drain in front of the basement outside door to prevent water coming in. Plus, they changed our basement door also as it was ruined due to water damage. They have a lot of knowledge in different areas so they can help with different projects too. Lastly, they were very careful with our property and left clean and organized everything! Totally recommended! Definitely will hire in the future... :)

The crew did a great job discovering the issue and repairing the leak in my basement. Extremely nice and explained everything taking place. Cleaned up after themselves as if they were never there, except no more leaking basement. Great job.
