A Best Dry Waterproofing

After heavy rains my basement was completely flooded like an indoor swimming pool. Alirio and his crew had the waterproofing system installed and working within 24 hours of the initial estimate. Excellent customer service and genuine estimate, definitely not a money grab company. Would recommend to anyone. Now waiting for heavy rains to test out the system.

They were on time and did the job as promised but did not clean up completely upon completion.

I had a new vapor barrier installed in my crawlspace. They were responsive prior to coming to give me a quote and came out within a couple days. I have received quotes from other crawlspace companies in the past and they tend to want to upsell you to the most expensive encapsulation where I could live in my crawlspace. I like they fact that with A Best Dry Waterproofing it wasn't a high pressure sale and we could make improvements and measure results before determining if anything else was needed. They showed up on time and completed the work quickly. Super friendly crew.

These guys were simply amazing. Went over and beyond to identify the water problems around my home and drainage issues and did a wonderful job coming up with solutions to all my problems. They were on time, within budget and came back to complete the job so that it even looked perfect cosmetically. Can't say enough good things.

I have a home with a crawlspace that had flooded repeatedly with all the rain during Dec/Jan. I contacted several waterproofing companies and received many estimates. When I contacted A Best Dry, Alirio came the next day and gave me a quote, half of what other companies had quoted me. I investigated further and then agreed to go with Alirio's company. They arrived on the date we set and completed the job in two days. After they left my yard and crawlspace was cleaned up and as if no job had been done. The four man crew did an excellent job in my opinion. They and the company was professional in all aspects. I am extremely satisfied in the workmanship and the quality of the job they performed for me. I have waited for apps a month to write this review to see how the trench, sump pump, and pipe would perform during spring rains. I am happy to say that I have had no more water problems. Alirio is super responsive and helpful. I called him and he came out the next day, just like he said he would. He picked out a perfect storm door and even touched it up with some paint. I didn't have to ask! Alirio and his team waterproofed my basement, treated mold, and installed a storm door for me. He also recommended some other great workers for me to use for other projects. I highly recommend this excellent professional.

Went out of the way to please us all. But, the job needed to clearly stated in writing before and after the job was complete which it was in the end I only wish it was clear before the job was started therefore less stress. The 3 men were great and cleaned up good as well did another side job at a fair price to boot!! Use them and feel good about it.

This is the sixth company to check my crawl space and give me an estimate on exterior waterproofing my home. The contractor Luis, along with Alirio was so personable and gave me an excellent price. When time to do the job, the foreman Jim and the rest of the crew was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this company!

I had 5 different companies come out and give me offers on doing an exterior waterproofing job on my house. This Company had the best price and didn't give high pressure sales tactics or take up hours of my time trying to sell me on their company. They explained everything in a direct way without wasting any time. The arrived on time and cleaned up after everything was done. It has a 10 year guarantee. The only minus, he forgot to leave me a receipt. Over all I think they did excellent work. Was very customer focused. Explained the whole process and guaranteed it for 10 years.
