QUALITY MUFFLER & SVC CTR

I had previously not had a need for any muffler repair work since moving to this area, but needed some exhaust work done on my Camry. I know a few things about cars, so knew what needed to be replaced. On occasions that I had been in the neighborhood of this shop I noticed that they seemed to have fairly steady business and the exterior of their place of business is nicely kept.
I brought the car in around noon on a Friday and went inside. The business owner quickly met me at the counter and I explained what I needed. Within 10 minutes one of his employees had the car up on a lift inspecting the exhaust system and they quickly identified the problem. He told me the cost would be $145 for parts and labor and he would have it complete the same afternoon. I had a ride waiting for me, but before I left the shop they were already working on it.
Later that day, I picked up the car.
I was pleased by the business operation and very happy to get through a car repair situation without the business trying to pad the bill with unnecessary services.
I had a nice chat with the owner and he seems to be an ethical guy. His staff was very polite and professional. I found the price to be very reasonable for this level of repair work and for this smaller town community.
