+ 3 moreMr. Lewis Walker and his crew were prompt and stated projected as promised. All work preformed was supervised as per requirements. Crew responsible for work preformed were professional, courteous and exacting in their individual tasking. At the end of each day I was given a brief of job completed and projected plans for the following day. All debris were controlled in a pile and removed leaving no trace of its presences. At the end of project, a cleaning crew was assigned to do deep cleaning around newly installed building, windows and remove dust particles from all flat surfaces. The entire project took approximately 2 1/2 weeks. A few days longer than anticipated, but well worth the wait. I would most definitely use the services of Mr. Walker and his crew AGAIN. I was a bit (alot) hesitant at first as I had not heard of Mr. Walker or his work ethics, However following the advice and guidance of some people I trust in that business (William & Skeeter). I was very pleased and satisfied with the outcome. DON'Ts - If you're not ready to have work begin at 8am. Don't schedule them to start at 8am..
Description of Work: Service requested was as follows: To pour additional concrete to existing slay, connecting and leveling outside patio to main house in order to extend kitchen bay windows 10ft and create a 10' x17' Florida room adjacent to pond. Job also included enclosing and finishing Florida room to match existing house with two doors, (1 French & 1 x 36"), wall fixtures, light, flood lights, ceiling fan, and Air Condition. In addition to the patio, he was tasked to replace the existing kitchen floor (12' x 25'), the installation of a convection oven and an exhaust system, piping smoke and odors from range / oven outside residence, finishing off with a roof cap... Replacing all hardie board from the rear corners of the house and replace with 1x4 PVC.
