The owner, Ron White, has over 20 years experience in the agriculture and horticulture industry including educational background in Agronomy from NCSU and a 20 year career with international chemical manufacturers including Ciba-Geigy/Syngenta.

They did really well. Still using them two years later. I guess they were here three weeks ago. It cost about $45.

It was great. We’re still using them. My lawn guys are good about calling every time beforehand but the shrub guy is not good about always calling me beforehand. That’s not something they normally do I don’t think but that’s something I specifically had requested. I like to see them when they are out here. They used to be a lot better about it than they are now but otherwise, they are fantastic. The service is still good. The work is still good so I had them in that big of an issue I guess but I don’t feel comfortable giving them a 100% A because there’s still something they can work on. They have done great work for us. Our lawn looks great. It’s a major improvement over the past 2 years and we have used them for 2 years.

Last year their special was not so great, but this year so far it has been fine. I'm on a yearly program. Every time they come out, it's $49. I've used them for years, but the issue we had last year was they say one thing and then we call the office an say our grass still doesn't look right and they say they did this, but then the technician will tell us something different. Their customer service -- their office people -- I send in a bill and then I ask when is the next service coming out. They told me I don't have any balance. I asked what the outstanding balance was and they said $1. They are not going to come out to my house until I pay them $1. It was more of customer service.

They were pretty good. I think they fall down in their communication. As for the most part, the service was good. I've had them for a couple of years. They should have better communication. They do a good job.
