Trey Thompson could get us in quickly during our due diligence period. He arrived on time and was very courteous - he also warned us that he is thorough and takes his time in an inspection and he wasn't kidding. I can't think of a word that means more thorough than thorough - meticulous maybe - but that was him. Very knowledgeable and explained things very well. The inspection took 4 hours and we had the report early the next morning so we could deliver our property concerns to the seller and give them plenty of time to consider them.
The report itself was accessible online with a user name and password provided by Trey. You then go to the link to your report where you can download a nice, full-color pdf of the findings complete with annotated digital pictures. The report online even has video you can play for some of the issues. For instance, there were loose shower fixtures and he took video of how they easily jiggled and needed to be tightened.
I would highly recommend Trey to anyone.
