His communication was awesome. He called to confirm and then called to let me know when he'd be at my house. He gave great recommendations that I'm considering for the future. He was very friendly and he was quick and explained my locks to me. It was great. I'd recommend Walt A+++

I had a discontinued mortise lock on the 20 yr old patio door that was not functioning properly. I was afraid I was going to have to replace the door (ouch!). Walt explained the expected costs and that he thought he could repair the lock. He was successful!! Personable, responsive and I would happily use his service again.

He ran into a little trouble at a previous job, but instead of rescheduling me, like most folks he stuck to hi scommitment and got me done that evening. He was very quick and we have had no issues with the locks.

It went well. It took him a while because the door was like a metal. He was able to put in all the locks. He was able to do the work the day after I purchased him but we had to spend more of the materials because he doesn't cover the materials we used. As far as I can tell, he was very patient when he installed it. He finished the job and he was very responsive but he was 30 minutes late.

We originally had three locks we wanted keyed, but the third door had a damaged knob, which needs to be replaced before it can be keyed properly.
