One Time Interior House Cleaning

The customer service was good. There was open communication and the cleaners were prompt, however, I was disappointed with the quality of the cleaning considering what I paid ($500). I hired the ladies to conduct a deep clean of my condo as I was putting it on the market. My realtor was able to point out several areas of the house which were still unreasonably dirty after the cleaning, i.e., dirty exterior on the fridge, all of my bottom kitchen cabinets have grease and stains on them, top kitchen cabinets were dirty and dusty (they were not wiped down at all), they are still were urine stains on the base of my toilets, cobwebs, and dust in the corner of rooms and on the cleaning fan, and grease on my backslash. To be fair they did a great job cleaning my doors (an extra fee of course) but this was more of light cleaning. I had to hire a different maid service to complete the job to satisfaction.

I just thank them for their professionalism, they were timely this morning, bright eyed and engaged. They understood what I wanted and they accomplished it. They over delivered. Traci and Trey did a great job representing the company. They worked around my dogs. This is an older home and they have saved me a lot of money. These folks are just fantastic.

The individuals whom Premier Maids sent, Tracy and Trey, were professional, courteous and thorough. My wife and I are in the process of transitioning to a new cleanup service. The individual we have used is getting to the point where, due to another opportunity, she is no longer able to continue performing this service. Premier Maid has been very flexible and accommodating to our situation. I recommend Premier Maids.

Overall we are pleased with our cleaning! Premier was very accommodating with our scheduled. We hired the service for a one time cleaning following a kitchen remodel and just shy of two weeks before our second child arrives. I am at ease knowing that we will be bringing our daughter in to a clean home!

One Time Interior House Cleaning
This company was hired to do a post construction clean up. They did clean in general but did not remove the dust and and paint left from the construction. Emily did not take responsibility, claiming we did not pretreat the house correctly. The customer service was a turn off.

"I am sorry that you were unhappy with your service. But all contractors cover hardwood floors for a reason. If they are not covered, the dust gets into the cracks of the hardwoods and is almost impossible to remove. We spent 6 hours X 3 maids the first day (18 man hours) and returned the next day and spent three hours X two maids (6 man hours) on our hands and knees trying to get he sheet rock dust out of the seams of the hardwoods. That is why contractors always cover hardwoods. Also there was paint dripped all over the hardwoods. So in total man hours, we spent 24 man hours trying to remove the sheet rock dust from this home."

Two workers came from Premier maid service work for 3 1/2 hours and what they cleaned was good but the detail cleaning or deep cleaning could have been better. For example toilet and one bathroom not clean windows still dusty, Cobwebs left in corners of walls and appliances not cleaned on the surface as well as it could be, picture frames that dusted etc. etc.I thought cleaning would be for 4 to 5 hours for $250 and I did give a $30 tip.
