My experience with Kairos started with a call from Douglas Duarte to set up an interview and quote on refinishing our floors. From the very beginning I knew there was something different about this contractor and I was right. We not only had our existing oak floors refinished but had tile and carpeting removed and new flooring installed and had all stained and sealed to match. The whole process took about 2 weeks as we opted for oil based poly , and almost every day we got a call or a text with pictures showing us what was happening to our floors. His communication was above average and he was willing to answer any question we had concerning the job. After the job was finished we had a few touch ups and he sent someone on his team over to do anything we needed. Our floors look spectacular and I believe they have increased the value of our house tremendously. I would recommend this company to any and all who ask.

I would give them a 10 if it was possible! I received a call within 10 min of submitting my request and he was out to the house the next day to do the estimate. Douglas had me at "Hello"! He is so knowledgeable and kind, that I found no reason to look any further, we had them start the work the following week! All of the craftsman he had come work on my home were so kind and respectful of us and my home; all of the furniture was moved and returned and everything cleaned up so well! They worked for 9 days straight in my home and worked very hard and were on time EVERY day! You just don't find that anymore! I cannot say enough good about Douglas and his entire crew! They want their clients to LOVE their work and continue to work at it until you do! That is their bottom line and it shows!

They owner of the company talked to my wife and he provided her with all of the knowledge that she needed with her questions. He came out and did the project correctly, that other companies could not do right.

I really like the fact that he explains everything really well and explains how it works. He is very professional!

Douglas and his team did a wonderful job replacing part of our wood floors. They were replacing flooring that a contractor previously installed incorrectly. His attention to detail was amazing. He matched the new wood to the existing floor and was very sensitive to my previous bad experience. I am a Realtor and will recommend him to all my clients.
