Replaced water-damaged hardwood in my kitchen with tile. It looks great. They were quick, professional and showed up on time for both the estimate and the work.

Hired Douglas to replace flooring in our house with water damage. He completely restored our flooring and walls with ease. Mr. Douglas is very knowledgeable in what he does and was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend his work!

Overall, okay experience getting my floors replaced on 2 levels. I was on a time crunch and do appreciate them getting the work done in time. However, I pointed out several items that were unsatisfactory. I paid additional for painting the trim and moulding and fixing a dip in the floor, and painting the ceiling that were not completed. The crew also got some scratches on my newly painted walls. After trying to chase him down for a few months to resolve, I have given up and found another contractor. The actual flooring work was completed well, just not everything around it unfortunately.

We had water damage on our laminate flooring in the kitchen right before listing our house for sale. Douglas was able to come inspect the damage, give us a quote, and repair the floor within 2 days. Kairos was able to repair uneven floor as well as install quartz countertops and backsplash in the kitchen. Supper happy with the end result, the countertop and backsplash looks amazing and the floor is level, enabling me to finish a flooring install. We had old carpeting replaced with new hardwoods in one room and a hallway and carpet in 2 bedrooms. Douglas was able to find a good match for some existing wood floors and we love the carpets he suggested. Douglas, Ivan, and the carpet installers did a great job and were very pleasant to work with. We felt that we got a good price as well.

The work I had was to replace the wooden floor for the kitchen,dining,living and sun rooms plus the pantry,powder room and the passage leading from the front door,due to a leaking pipe.For quality of the job done, I would give the company 10 out of 5 if that was possible. They were quick to make contact with us through Home Advisor and provided an estimate within a few days. I actually got four other estimates and they were the most competitive. The important thing to me was the measurements they provided. The square feet for the area to be repaired with engineered wood, was the least of all the estimates. Area measured by Kairos was approximately 850 sq ft. All the others were 1000-1100 square feet!!! I knew he was the closest to what was required. At the end of the project, only five lengths of wood was remaining. Amazing. That told me a lot about his honesty and right away I hired him. That’s another 10 out of 5!!!! Douglas the owner is a charming person and knows his job really well. I unequivocally recommend him very highly. A job well done.

Some of the hard wood flooring panels in my living room were warped and discolored due to water damage. As a result, I hired Kairos Construction to replace the damaged wood. Ivan came at the scheduled time and finished in four hours. In addition, he cleaned/vacuumed after he finished. He was polite, respectful and professional. When home advisor sent me a list contractors Doug Duate was the first one on the list I called Doug was the first one to call Me back after a brief discussion I had Doug come out to give me an estimate based on discussion of repairs and cost I hired Doug best decision I ever made on a contractor Doug was very timely,professional He got the wood that was almost a perfect match completed the job in one day while working very hard to make sure everything was flat with hardly any gaps between boards Doug completed the job in one day and cleaned up the whole area.
