Bought a home in December 2020. It was built in 2003 I called to get a quote for **pumping septic** and I was given two prices, one for 1000 gallon tank and one for 1500 gallon tank. I contacted the previous owner to find out how big the tank was and when he had it pumped last. He was unsure of tank size and said they never had the septic pumped. I explained all of this to the office when I called for an estimate but was told it would not matter. I was also told one price for a 1000 gallon tank and one price for a 1500 gallon tank. They charged me for a 1500 gallon tank. I found the builders papers and a 1000 gallon tank was installed. I emailed proof of the 1000 gallon tank to Jenny at Integrated... who then had Matt, the service manager, call me. When I voiced my concerns and wanted some money back because I was overcharged, he told me **you were charged for a 1500 gallon tank because it was **over full** **... Really?!?!?!?! I had no plumbing issues. I had it pumped to avoid future problems. I received an invoice and was charged for a 1500 gallon tank. No mention from the invoice, office, or techs about any additional charges. Matt must have thought we were disconnected on the phone and said **F*** him then!**. Do not use this company, very unprofessional and price gouging, as we are all accustomed to from certain contractors. Integrated will lose business due to having an unprofessional Service Manager... that, I promise.

Great Job! Tech arrived as scheduled. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He identified the problem and explained the simple resolution. Will definitely call them again should I have a plumbing issue.

The technician that checked the initial situation and made recommendations was very knowledgeable; and, very upfront. Very comfortable to make decision to go with this person, regardless of company association; Integrated should be grateful to have this person. Very prompt and made sure we were going to be taken care of.

Even though things got crossed up in the beginning, since they were very cordial about it every time we talked, I was okay with it. I liked that they kept in touch via text message as well; even the tech. I would highly recommend their service.
