We love our patio enclosure. The only issues was that they had to come out multiple times to fix things that to me looked messy. They did fix everything that we asked them to do.

We had very good experience overall during the whole project. We got screen room, sidewalk and pergola installed. Rick was very professional, and suggested better ways to do things. Matt was our installer and he is an excellent person to work with. He did very detailed work and took extra care to make sure that there are no remaining issues. Billy was the electrician who installed all the light fixtures and did excellent job too.

They are slick at selling but offer delays, excuses and poor work. The price will always be better than others, and you pay for it with poor materials, communication and lack luster craftsmanship. We got a simple enclosed patio done, the wrong windows were ordered and delivered. The wrong size door was delivered. The wrong HAC mini-split was delivered. It?s as if nothing was documented properly and handed off. Every-time we call they don?t answer. They barely answered our emails. Of course when the work is done they show up immediately after to inspect and collect final payment. Just avoid them unless you want cheap work done at their pace.

The owners check in almost daily and assure everything is being done correctly. Itâ s what ever they can do to make me happy.

Job was done on time and as planned. When things didn’t go well, Michael ensured it was redone so that everything was perfect! Thank you!

I interviewed several companies for this project. None came close to offering the complete project I needed. Other companies' bids were higher and offered incomplete projects. For example, one company offered no flooring or AC, yet their bid was 40% more than FDR. In fact FDR was the low bid. Usually I do not go with the low bid because often low bid means low quality. But not this time. FDR's low bid meant that they knew what they were doing. Although we experienced a few problems, FDR has always been very responsive and timely in addressing and fixing issues.

We love the room, but they took way too long (6 months) than we were told (6 weeks) to complete it. Some things were done very well and others very sloppy. We had to hire someone to come in and fix the sloppy work.

The were a few minor issues throughout the build, but the owner, Michael Laudette, personally took care of every single one.

Factory Direct Remodeling installed a patio enclosure for my home. I thought the contractor was very professional. He worked with me the on pricing. If I have any future projects, I will definitely give Factory Direct a call about the work.

I picked these guys out of the blue based on good reviews and they did not disappoint. Both the materials and workmanship were of extremely high quality. The project required a lot of complex carpentry and they made sure to send out a crew with the requisite experience. They did not lowball me on the amount of time that would be required, and they were not the lowest bidder on the job. But get what you pay for, and I am extremely pleased with the final product. Lifetime warranty on the windows a bonus. Also appreciated Michael's personal attention to the project throughout its duration. FDR is highly recommended. Please note - correct title for project is Sunroom Remodel - Replace all windows and frames, paint.

From start to finish, I was incredibly pleased with the services of FDR-Atlanta. The initial consultation with Michael allowed us to talk through what I was looking for and he gave me some great ideas that I hadn't thought of. Once we decided on the project, the guys were wonderful, professional and did a great job! The best part, other than how good my new flagstone knee/retaining wall around my patio looked, was how they cleaned up the job when they were finished. You don't always get lucky with that, but these guys were very clean and made sure there was nothing that made it look like they had been there. I HIGHLY recommend FDR-Atlanta, this was a great experience and I didn't feel overcharged either.

I contracted with this company over mid April 2014 and I have to this was the worst experience in my life. Bad customer service sale rep never gets back to you the office doesn't even know when or if workers are going to show up at your house and they NEVER call you and let you know what's happening. We failed our first inspection and they didn't even know we failed! We had to call everyday to make sure someone was coming by cause they never show up on a consistent basics. HECK they stop showing up and I had to contact home depo and get them involved. Do waste ur money BAD COMPANY

They keep you informed and do what they said they would do - staff is excellent, especially james and emmet. I would highly recommend them for almost any type of remodeling job.

I hired FDR to a large home remodeling project, including replacing windows throughout the house, back in the summer of 2009. At the time they weren't my first choice of contractors, but I let their VP talk me into signing a contract based on his company's guarantees and warranties. Specifically, the warranties offered on the windows, both through the manufacturer and Factory Direct Remodeling (FDR) itself. I now have two broken windows which should be covered under FDR's, 'unconditional window replacement' warranty. After 3 months of calling, my windows are still unrepaired. Stay away!!!

Owner was very attentative to any issues that came up during the construction-very nice guy and company to work with. They did a very good job and we are very pleased with their work.

I had problem after problem with them. They do not listen to the customer, I hate my windows, it took over 4 times before my French door for my sunroom was fixed by another crew, my windows do not lock right and they slide too much. They never clean after themselves. I was always waiting for them to show up ,would have to call to find out they were not coming. The project was only to take 10 to 15 days but took 30. Mark took my money never return any of my calls. They nicked my door and some of the windows have nicks they never repaired them. I would not recommend Factory Direct

Promised to be completed in less that two weeks. Took almost five weeks to complete. The work was very satisfactory, however.

Work was done very nicely with the only exception being they did not clean HAND PRINTS AND FIRGER PRINTS AND CAULK FROM the outside surface of six picture windows on the third floor. I will need to hire someone to clean the windows. Suggestion...make sure the windows are clean before installing them, especially if they are upper floor picture windows.
