Our project was completed in a little over one day and was exactly what we were looking for. We are very happy with the outcome. We are a little disapointed with disappointed with not being able to contact our representative to close out a couple of loose ends. We would recommend their work, but could use a little help on communication.

Great price and great service. Our sales rep came out on a Saturday and our Windows were installed the following Wednesday. Their bid was way cheaper than everyone else who came out.

There was some miscommunication at the beginning of the project that delayed the start by a week. Windows got in early and despite complications due to weather and existing frames, the crew caught up and finished on schedule. Very satisfied with the quality of the windows and the installation.

The job was done pretty good. The only thing that was left undone was the paint job of the window seal because it was to cold. We are awaiting for the guys to come back hopefully as soon as the weather is warm enough.

They were very nice people to deal with., no problems. If I had a problem I'd ask a question and they answered it to my satisfaction. I was very happy with their service.

The sales rep was helpful and co-operative and very knowlegeable. We signed a contract immediately. We had a little trouble with the start of the project because of the heavy rains, but the workers started the project as soon as it cleared. The sunroom was finished on schedue. The worker were polite and helpful. We are quite pleased with our sunnroom.

Late on the delivery schedule but I was asking for a quick turnaround. Quality work on the installation. Can't vouch for the window operability since windows were installed on rental property.

Poor customer service. Took weeks to measure windows. Difficult to get in touch with anyone who knows what is going on. This was the highest price of three bids for needed work, A local business was the lowest and guaranteed instulation within four weeks. I wish I had chosen them. No work on site has been done as of now.

Job looks great looks great. Afew things had to be worked out I am sure this happens in all construction.

The windows are in and the workmanship is very good. The measurements were not always correct so some windows had to be made over. It took a little longer for the installation but we are very satisfied with the work.

I did not care for the sales pitch from Factory Direct. The sales representative made a point to denegrate the other windows from the other manufacturers. When I told him that I could not tell the difference between his window and his competitors windows, he became curt, cut short his sales pitch, and abruptly left.

Not over-priced, great ideas on what to do, and delivered a quality result. No compaints; great job!

It took a while to get the windows back, maybe due to the the Thanksgiving holiday, but was installed all in one day (8 windows).

Good presentation, middle of the pack pricing and quick efficient installation. Waited for windows an extra week or so but were not in a rush so worked out fine.

It has been very frustrating dealing with Factory Direct as far as follow up after the installation. Mark Goodrich was my sales representative and, frankly, I would not trust anything he said. I chose Factory Direct basically for two reasons: 1) The unconditional lifetime warranty that covers absolutely everything with no exclusions; 2) The $300 rebate program that Mr. Goodrich told me about. In his words, "All I have to do is give you a letter and you can mail it in for $300 rebate." Numerous phone calls to Mark Goodrich has gotten me neither a copy of the warranty or the rebate letter. Just promises that he will take care of both.

My project was handled very well from start to finish by FDR. I am very pleased with their craftsmen and the end result exceeded expectations.
