I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical at first about using Integrity HVAC. I am a first time home buyer and have heard plenty of horror stories about maintenance people coming into your house and pretending that something is broken just to milk you for more money. Mr. Jones was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every detail to me. I am most defiantly going to make him my permanent heating and air person

Quincy came out the same day I contacted him. He went out of his way to take care of me well after business hours. Prices are very reasonalbe! So much so, I was about to give him a tip!!

Mr. Jones was very unreliable and did not honor his warranty, the next day the furnace went back out., I informed him of the situation and he kept putting me off and would not answer his phone. I woud not recommend him to any one. Terrible service !!!

"This customer was a good guy but not reasonable with his comments on rating. We went to this customers rental property after another company could not fix the problem for two weeks. When we arrive the circuit board was not in unit. the customer finally retrieved circuit board from prior tech. He stated that the unit would run 5 min then shut off. I put circuit board on unit ran over night. We checked wires and made recommendation to change a part but customer stated to wait. I offered a 90 warranty on worked performed which was just reinstalling the board. when cust. called i told him i could come that day but sch. was tight and he got upset."

Quincy promised to come out the same day and he did. He is a very pleasant, courteous and extremely knowledgeable man. He explained in detail what was wrong with my Heating a/c system and offered several solutions. Not once did he try to sell me something. He worked until 10 pm trying to get the system running. I highly recommend him, he is the best service repair man I have met in 20 years of living in the US.

Exceptional Customer Service. Quincy was on time, knew what he was doing, professional at all times, and had my air condtioner working in less than 30 minutes. It was cold in my WHOLE house in less than an hour. Also the fee was GREAT! Very very low price.
