It's a pleasure for me to have the opportunity to write another review on DeAnthony Norwood. He had done an excellent job on a previous home inspection for me over a year ago. His work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to his work shows in his communication and report. I reached out to him recently to do another inspection on a home I am purchasing. I can not express enough how phenomenal he is. He responded immediately and remembered my previous inspection. Once again he provided excellent service, a detailed report even with video shots to give a further explanation and answered all my questions. He's very friendly and always a pleasure to talk with. He's very thorough and is an expert in his field. He looks at every detail and explains it to you as well as makes a recommendation who would need to fix or evaluate the problem. Thank you again. I was buying a home and I needed a neutral party so I went through Home Advisor to look for a Home Inspection company, I was out of town so I relied on Property Masters to be my eyes. From beginning to end my experience was wonderful. They were not the cheapest quote I received but I knew after one conversation they were who I wanted to hire. Hiring the cheapest can come out expensive, with buying a home I wanted details and they delivered. The report was professional and easy to read with pictures to go along with every detail. I got my monies worth and more. I would absolutely recommend them. Property Madtets did exactly what they said they were going to do and more.

I researched Mr. Norwood and his business thoroughly, just as I do anything else. I found that the only issue I had was the amount of experience he had in this field. However, I learned that he had spent his previous career in another field with a reputable company for 18 years. There are certain qualities you must have to work at the same business for that long. Those qualities are transferrable to whatever you do in life. With that on mind, we decided to hire Mr. Norwood's company. There were others who were cheaper or more experienced, but he offered infrared technology and drones for inspecting the roof. (I was a first time home buyer and I was not going to be satisfied with inspection of my enormous roof with binoculars). Those items made his company stand out from the rest. At the end of the inspection, my husband and I arrived. Mr. Norwood went over what he had done. He answered all of our questions and even went back to the attic to show my husband what was going on. Another reason we decided to hire him was because he could accommodate us on a Sunday, the day before Christmas eve. Our inspection also came with preliminary radon testing and a pest inspection from Active Pest Company. We would definitely recommend Property Masters Home Inspections. I know how important these reviews are to consumers and the companies so I will definitely update if necessary.

Richard was extremely thorough in his inspection. There was an HVAC issue that he took extra time to test so I would know exactly what to bring to the seller. It was a little more expensive than other inspection services, but with the extra warranties I feel it was well worth it.
