For the emergency repairs, I had trouble locating someone to come out and make the repairs, and our small dogs were getting antsy to go back outside. By pure chance, a co-worker met Jennifer at a networking event and immediately got her contact information to share with me. When I contacted them, I got an immediate response! Matt was very concerned that our little dogs couldn't go outside, and he rushed over (it was a Thursday night!) to provide a temporary solution for them! He assessed what was needed for a more permanent solution, and came back that weekend to complete the repairs with a more permanent solution. We had not planned to replace our privacy fence for another year, but after the experience of locating a fence contractor, and then the delightful experience of working with Jennifer and Matt, we asked for a quote for the new fence. The more we discussed it, the more we decided to not wait and get the new fence done right away. Matt came back out to get measurements and a better description of what we were looking for. He and Jennifer then worked with us to find the best way to make our new fence happen. A few short weeks later, we had our new fence in place and we couldn't be happier! Our place was left just has we had hoped, without garbage and such everywhere. They took great care in the construction around our house and brand new shed.
