TEMP MASTER MECHANICAL INC

This company was referred to me by one of my neighbors. Both Mack and Lee (with temp master) were nice guys. They were easy to communicate with and answered all my questions regarding HVAC. We agreed upon a price and they came to install. About 4 pick up trucks came to my home. They were parked everywhere. There were about 7 or 8 people that were part of the installation team. These were good country folks and I pretty much liked all of them. I was not crazy about all the trucks at my home and on my lawn. They worked for hours to complete the install. They mostly cleaned up after the job was done. It's only been about 14 months since the install. Everything is working fine so far. This unit gets little use as it's for my basement area. It's hard to gauge how well it performs because of it's limited use. If I have a concern .... it's that they don't have a good website or any advertising or reviews. They did not follow up anytime after the install. I haven't heard from them since. That doesn't mean they did anything wrong. It's just lack luster customer service on such a big ticket item. I felt I needed to do this review because I can't find a review for them.
