Clean Crewe

I have had Clean Crewe come out several times.  The first time was for a deep clean, which was partially completed to my satisfaction.  The bathroom sink was still dirty.  The doors were supposed to be dusted and about half of them were.  I spoke with owner and the second clean was MUCH MUCH better, so I was optimistic that the quality would be greatly improved going forward.  The third clean was mediocre, the bathroom sink was still dirty but was easy enough for me to clean up myself.  The fourth cleaning was today.  Again, the bathroom sink and counters were not cleaned - to be fair, they may have been lightly wiped off, but certainly not cleaned, there was still toothpaste residue in the sink and countertops and makeup.  They used my supplies this time including my paper towels, leaving only one on the roll.  Unfortunately, Angie's List does not allow me to post photos of what I'm talking about.  I brought it up with the owner again, who said the sink was cleaned and inspected, but maybe not that closely.  She was very polite, however did not apologize and did not seem interested in retaining my business.  I asked for a partial refund for today's clean and have cancelled further cleanings with them.
