Punctual, thorough, and professional. Dale answered many questions about a house out in the country that weren't part of the inspection. He was even so kind as to show us the way to the local courthouse so we could find out information about the septic system on the house we were attempting to purchase.

These guys were extremely curtious and helped explain what they were doing, how the air sampling worked and then what the results concluded. They offered solutions and future recommendations which I really appreciated given my lack of experience with our situation. They were quick to respond and after hearing our situation they were willing to come out right away. They were priced a bit higher than some others that responded but I felt a connection and sense of trust right away and that was worth it to me to pay a little extra :)
