Dale was very nice and explained everything he was doing and the final report was very Detailed. I would recommend if you think you have mold in your Home.

Dale was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions while at the house and on his follow up call. His follow up email was extremely thorough. If you think you have mold, I would call Dale first before calling a company who lets you know if you have mold and also fixes the mold. Dale gave me great recommendations to improve the air quality in my home.

Dale did a good job of collecting samples, personally drove them to the lab and got quick turn around. I needed the results quickly and he did everything he could to deliver.. He read the report and explained it all in an email, He also suggested how to avoid the problem in future.

Professional, knowledgeable and excellent customer service

I hired Dale to come in and do an inspection to test for any mold or anything that might be damaging the air quality of our new home. He was very personable and very knowledgable. He takes air samples and suggests what you can do to improve air quality in certain areas. I'll be hiring him again in a few years to make sure our air stays healthy! I will also be implementing the changes he suggested.
