I was amazed that he was able to find items that I had overlooked after walking past several times previously. I really appreciated the time he took to explain the issues and the tips to maintain and prolong the like of our major appliances and even the deck. They have highly competitive rates and are worth every penny that I spent!

Great service!

We had just purchased a new build home and decided to hire a home inspector. To my surprise, Eric was able to find a good bit of items that needed to be fixed. He went thoroughly through the process with me and gave some great advice. To me the money was well spent and in the future I will definitely recommend and rehire Eric for home inspections.

Eric was patient and incredibly thorough. I walked through the home with him and he showed me all aspects of the inspection and answered my questions. As a first-time home buyer, I appreciated this a lot. He even took the time to give me some tips for maintaining the HCAC and gas furnace. His price was also the best after a thorough search of the area. 5 stars and a strong recommendation!

Eric was great about explaining things to me as a first time home owner. Very thorough and professional service, I would definitely use Eric again in the future.

My inspector was Eric and he was prompt and very throughout the process. We went through the entire house, including the attic where the heating unit is. Showed me how to change the filter and where all the switches were up there. I had seen another inspection report and expected a narrative type form; however, the final inspection report is more of a check box type report with some narratives where needed to elaborate. I was also given suggestions to discuss with the builder/contractor which I found helpful before we closed escrow on the house. I would definitely use this company again.

Eric was so friendly and professional, my father and I enjoyed meeting him. He did a great job of going over every little nook and cranny of the house and also educating me on future maintenance needs. He sent his report within 4 hours of completing the inspection with helpful pictures and explanations of his repair recommendations. He was competitively priced and easy to reach. There were a few scheduling and e-mail hiccups with the HomeAdvisor site but I'd definitely recommend him to anyone needing an inspector.

Had the best experience with Eric & Champion Home Inspection. He was always available to take a phone call, and was flexible with changing appointments as our home was in the process of being built. During the inspection he was very thorough and helpful. Because certain systems (AC/Gas) in our home were not operational at the time of our inspection, Eric let us know what to look for when we are able to utilize these systems. Overall - would highly recommend!!
