The inspector missed listing the defects. Misidentified defects. Even when two major issues were pointed out he argued that there was no problem. These were inspected again and were indeed found to be major issues with estimated cost to repair both at over $11,000. This is my experience and not an attempt to generalize or hurt the business in any manner.

Eric was very meticulous. He showed up early. He answered my questions. The services were well beyond my expectations.

I liked being able to book online and to be able to do so for an early Sunday morning appointment at that! Eric was super responsive as soon as I booked, very thorough in his inspection and pointed out some minor yet noticeable issues that we got the sellers to resolve. Plus he had solid advice on a place to find dining tables for cheap (Habitat for Humanity ReStore). I definitely recommend Champion, especially Eric.
