Eric was a complete "new homer" sweetheart. The overall inspection was quick but he was extremely thorough explaining what needed work. He even went over tips how to fix the issues and maintain my appliances and systems! I'd definitely use him again.

Eric Bethea is very professional and returned all phone calls in a timely manner. He followed up with texts and email to ensure we had the inspection report we needed and worked with our realtor to schedule appointment time.
