"I did not communicate very well that I had a full-time job. I did complete a full cut of the large sloping front yard, and backyard, edged the entire yard, trimmed hedges total of eight on the property. The hedge that the client is referencing was an Ivy growth on the fence facing the sloping forest. The customer was unhappy with service. Payment of service was stopped. Therefore the customer was not charged."
