great! walked in and asked approximately how much it would cost to replace a keyboard on my daughter's laptop.  The owner told me exactly how much and I asked when I could pick up the computer.In two hours, i went back in the specified time and paid the said amount. Everything was was as promised! Very happy to have a computer store and repair shop so close to home.

Excellent friendly fast service by owner who answered all my questions about items with the desktop and my laptop. Extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Disaster.

The experience with them was absolutely positive. It was great. They were willing to take time to talk to me, listen to me and hear what the problem was. They were willing to offer me alternative solution. My computer was fixable but it would be a bit expensive. However, it would be more cost effective for me to go and buy another computer. So rather than trying to sell one of the expensive models in his store, he referred and told me about some other stores. He even gave me their sale paper and told me that it might be more cost effective to do that than fix my computer. I would absolutely use his services again in the future.

I brought my computer into the store and was greeted cordially. Jay, the owner, listened to what I had to say and answered many questions. The computer problem was fixed, the computer tuned up and was ready for pick-up when promised. I had a coupon, which was gladly accepted, bringing the price down to $84.00. His prices were fair and comparable, or lower, than those I checked on from other stores and the one on one service was friendly and efficient. My computer did something odd a week later and when I came back, Jay fixed the problem in a few minutes, with a smile, and did not charge me. Now, that's customer service! Grayson Computer also offers a free diagnosis and makes house calls when needed.
