Upstairs master bath toilet was actually grouted into the tile floor. GL would not remove for liability issues. I had to hire an outside contractor to cut the toilet out and move so that GL could snake the system and resolve leakage issue. They did reinstall toilet afterword, but would not warranty because of the way toilet was sitting below Tile grade. Seems the previous owner grouted toilet into the tile and left it like that. Repair was completed satisfactorily. I have used GL many times on my Rental Property. (Hot Water Heater, various leaks, garbage disposal, etc.) I would recommend for General Plumbing work.

Excellent - I am pleased to provide a positive response to my recent service call with Greenlee Plumbing! Diagnosed the issue and found the loud sound coming from the toilet was due to a failed fill valve – replaced the fill valve and flapper and found no other sounds or failures at time of service. They did a great job!! The first crew arrived on time, and replaced everything on Day 1. On day 2 the second group arrive and repaired all Sheetrock and did an amazing job matching all the different colors of paint in my house. Both crews cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely call again for plumbing issues.

Plumber came the day after I called and found and fixed the leak quickly. This is the fourth time I've used Greenlee and will call them again if I need any plumbing work done in the future.

Before choosing Greenlee Plumbing I was attempting to get estimates and compare between a few other companies during a period where it seems all the companies I checked with were backed up/busy. Other companies tried to fit in an estimate for me but kept having to reschedule. Greenlee's office was also backed up but they gave the information about the wait time to me straight instead of booking appointments they really couldn't keep. They were very professional/organized and stuck to their schedule. On the first day of the job they were 10 min early, someone came in and setup protection for my carpet/flooring/cabinets and they got the walls open and new pipes in/water running within 3 or 4 hours then let me know what time the team would arrive the next day to close up the drywall. The next day the team that came to close up/repair the drywall was very thorough. They went over every drywall repair section like perfectionists and even did their best to match the pattern on my ceiling for which stores no longer sell the brushes used to create the original pattern. Before I hired Greenlee plumbing I had some wall repair work done on a few sections and Greenlee's drywall team made the work done by the previous person I hired look amateurish by comparison. My work was done a little less than a month ago now but so far I am extremely satisfied with the work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to a friend.

Had water coming up out of the garage slab. I got a text saying who and when would be out to do the work about 15 minutes after someone came out to look at the issue. The morning they were to arrive I got another text saying they were on their way and they arrived right when they said they would. The plumber that came double checked the issue to be sure the work was what was needed, explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. Work was done on time and as expected. Very professional. I would highly recommend.

I called Greenlee on Wednesday morning about our non emergency problem and Joni scheduled us for the next day. Greg arrived right on time, showed him the problem and within a few minutes let me know what repairs were needed. Greg informed me of the cost and I told to proceed. Greg installed a new cartridge and took the time to stabilize the valve behind the tub wall by shimming it. I have used Greenlee before and this experience was the same as the previous ones: on time, courteous, polite, willingness to take the time to explain what needs to be done, reasonable price. I also know if there are problems they will be resolved quickly. Dependable and reliable.

Greg Phillips was on time and knew exactly what needed to be done. Had parts in hand and began repair promptly. Very courteous individual. In a short amount of time Greg was finished ad I had hot water.

These were two separate jobs on two different days. Both times they arrived earlier than expected and went right to work. the price quoted was the price charged. Plumber was friendly, professional and knew his stuff. I highly recommend Greenlee and will hire them the next time I want work done on my home.

Our most recent repair was from a water pipe that was leaking in our yard. We had no idea about the leak until Gwinnett county came to the door explaining that our water usage was WAY above normal. When I called Joni at Greenlee she was able to get Brian to come out that day to fix our line! This is not out of the ordinary for them. Greenlee plumbing was extremely prompt. I was told they would be at my home at 8:30 and by 8:33 they were unloading trucks and getting to work. All of the men were extremely polite and Knowledgeable. Very patient with my questions. They left my home clean

OK, but I had to wait a week for them to come. They are apparently very busy, so keep this in mind. Also was expensive, but all plumbers are these days, even for simple jobs.

Greenlee repiped our whole house. Repiped the house in one day and patched the drywall the second day. We are completely satisfied with the job. We have used Greenlee the past several years to repair/replace toilets and kitchen/bathroom fixtures and replace the PRV. Based on our previous experiences we used Greenlee again. All the employees are polite and courteous. All the floors were covered. The drywall repairs are excellent. The visible piping in our garage is much neater than the original installation. All are concerned that the job is satisfactory. All concerns, problems are addressed quickly and resolved quickly.

The Greenlees were pleasant, knowledgable, efficient. The job took less time than I expected and the cost was appropriate. Will call again if I have another plumbing job and I highly recommend them.
