Stay the heck away from Gee Heating and Air My Moms unit which is only a year or so old started leaking water into her finished basement. Water freakin everywhere. She has a maintenance plan with them too. Tech came out and said it was totally their fault and he'd have someone come out to assess the damage, in the meantime he told my nearly 80yr mom with two replaced knees to go down the stairs and check the unit every 5 hours. That was 7/28. She heard nothing for over a week after several calls. I called on that Sat and was told I'd get a call back...nope. I called on 8/6 and was very stern. Spoke with a lady and was on hold for probably 20min. For some reason a manager doesn't have time for customers, but my call seemed to have prompted a quickly scheduled service call. Lady said "We forgot to send out an email" Yeah right, betting the manager dodged me and scheduled it ninja style. Told them if I didn't get a call by the end of the week from a manager I was gonna start writing reviews. So here I am. As many know, with things like this with water, you have to mitigate it immediately. She already has black mold on the baseboards which I let Gee know and it just seemed to not matter at all. I've seen bad customer support but this takes the cake. Gee sent out a third party contractor on 8/7. While he said he can replace the damaged dry wall, he does not do floors. What Gee should have done is get a mitigation company there within 24hrs with dehumidifiers and determine moisture content and a****. That way there would not have been any black mold at all. I really question Gee management intelligence.

I can't imagine how this could've gone better. There have been many times where they could have sold me additional services but did not because it wasn't necessary.

Tim Gee came out to give a quote while I was at work. The price was reasonable and the work was completed within a week.

Quoted overy the phone. Installation the next day. Arrived as scheduled and work done in timely manner. Nice people to work with.

I cannot say enough “good things” about this company. My parents used Gee H+A and they are like family. I called 4/27 because my air was not working right. They came the next day. Very old unit and they gave me 3 options. 1) put a band aid on it 2) replace just the air 3) replace complete H+A. I choose to replace H+A.

When Gee installed the initial compressor, it would not cool the house satisfactorily. After checking the system out, it was determined that the unit was too small for the area to be cooled. Gee replaced the unit with a larger unit at no additional cost. The new unit performs very well. I have used Gee for about 15 years, and they have always performed their work in a most professional manner. I highly recommend them.

They do a really good job. They are good Christian people. They treat you like they want to do the right thing.

The two installers were very prompt and professional. We had a big box store give us a quote and Gee Heating and Air was considerably less. The big box store salesmen felt a little high pressure. I would totally recommend Gee Heating & Air.

After the new year our old heat pump started to sound different. And it started to have a harder time maintaining the temp. Then our electric bill went sky high. So we called Gee heating and Air. They are our go to heat and air folks. The service guy said a lot of technical stuff that meant our heat pump died and the heat strips and blowers were what had been heating our house and that's why the bill went so high suddenly. 
So we got a quote from them on a new heat pump system, and we got a quote from a "Big Box" store. The big box store was a lot more, and the salesmen was a little hard sales. I don't like hard sales and pressure. So we chose Gee's to come out and replace our system. They were prompt, polite, efficient and cleaned up after them selves and hauled every thing away. Tim Gee personally came out to inspect the unit a week later to make sure every thing was working the way it should and that we were satisfied.They did a great job and now our power bill is actually lower than it was this time last year. 
We have been using Gee Heating and Air for over 10 years. Found them when we lived  at our old house, and then when we moved in 2011 we called them to inspect the unit in this house. It was a little old but worked fine. We plan to keep them as our HVAC guys.

Quick, friendly service. Our AC works great now - keeps the house cool and comfortable! Would certainly use them again for our A/C needs.
